Our experience with Michael was outstanding. We were able to get through the entire process within 3 weeks (start to finish) and it was seamless. Communication was excellent! Michael put our worries at ease, and made it seem "easy" to sell our house. He was available to answer any questions my wife and I had no matter how mundane. He had a plan to how he was going to approach selling our home. And he made it happen better than expected!! Friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to work with both Michael Williams and his partner, Julian Solano. We selected them because they offered a 1-stop service. They took care of all tasks necessary to sell our home. We needed this kind of service because we live about 4 hours from the home (that was used as a rental).Some of the tasks they did beyond the extensive paperwork needed for sale included:- Advising what tasks were important to sell- Painting (interior, exterior)- Repairs (patio deck, stairs, floor, sliding door, etc.)- Exterior gardening (front/back)- Deep cleaning (including appliances)Staging- Assisting independent laborers with creating invoices for tax purposes- And more …They were professional, friendly, helpful and most of all, placed us in escrow within 2 weeks of the first open house.Would I use them again … YES

Super patient with us and our desire to get a great deal and also find a home that is structurally sound. In a very competitive market 2022 he and Julian were very patient and know how to read the market. They also were very persistent with the seller's agent and we got a great deal and saved tons of money because of their persistent work.
