It was a pleasure to work with both Michael Williams and his partner, Julian Solano. We selected them because they offered a 1-stop service. They took care of all tasks necessary to sell our home. We needed this kind of service because we live about 4 hours from the home (that was used as a rental).Some of the tasks they did beyond the extensive paperwork needed for sale included:- Advising what tasks were important to sell- Painting (interior, exterior)- Repairs (patio deck, stairs, floor, sliding door, etc.)- Exterior gardening (front/back)- Deep cleaning (including appliances)Staging- Assisting independent laborers with creating invoices for tax purposes- And more …They were professional, friendly, helpful and most of all, placed us in escrow within 2 weeks of the first open house.Would I use them again … YES

Throughout the process he really listened and understood what we were looking for in our next home and did a great job of finding us properties that met our many criteria. Our experience with Coldwell Banker realtor Michael Williams was absolutely phenomenal!!! Literally every single step of the process was seamless, effective, productive, positive, and thoughtful. Michael helped my husband and I purchase our first home 2.5 years ago. Buying a home can be a stressful time, especially with a seller like the one we had…Michael made that transition so smooth and even answered my text messages while on vacation. That house was a great starter home but decided to move out of state. It was only natural to have Michael help us sell the house he helped us purchase. Selling is way different then buying. He walked us through step by step and again made the process incredibly smooth. Within 4 days our house sold. We can not thank Michael enough for everything he has done for us.
