I visited the Nail Bar in Windsor, and found the salon to be clean and my tech was very nice. He did a wonderful job of cleaning my nail beds and cutting down my nails. The issue that I have is with the nail Polish application. I paid $50 for a wonderfully relaxing pedicure, however, I could have polished my nails myself for a more finished look. I didn’t complain out of respect for the older gentlemen, but, have decided to write my review in order to inform others who may be considering visiting the Nail Bar.

I came from Fresno, Ca to get my nails done here with my fam :)
My fam talked very highly of this place<3
& now I know why, I experienced the service myself so tysm for the great service along with doing what I requested on my set :)
Especially my beautiful little manicure on my toes.
My daughter & I love how the lady, I didn’t catch her name but she calls my Mom, Mommy
They also have services for kids which I appreciate so much. My daughter loves the little stickers of the butterfly’s.
They also have more little stickers, I even wanted to get some & they have many little jewels!
I can’t wait to go back again ☺️✨
Requested style: I found a style on Pinterest for my mom & I Which they had done the same similar style.
Please don’t let it bother you, When the Nail Tech says, “I can do something similar.”

It’s okay tho bcz they created the same style I requested. The only thing is I’ll have to be more precise in exactly the acrylic.

I love the owner but when he is not here his employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. You have to show them the colors at least 5 times and they make you wait at least ten minutes between each application process for acrylics because they switch off employees. For the prices they charge, it is absolutely insane. Not to mention that I simply asked how long it would be for the employee to return and a lady started yelling at me telling me not to return, which I gladly won’t. So disappointing considering I was trying to treat my mom.

My daughter had went to get her nails done and she said that a man told on of the girls that her fingers were fat she can back and her fingers were bleeding and they were very cut the flowers They did didn't come out good ether

Omg! Where has this place been all my life?? I came in first time this evening to fix a terrible job that I received at my normal salon that recently switched owner and it shows. Kim the owner took me personally and I cannot express my appreciation. Her attention to detail, constant communication and end result is EXACTLY what I needed. She never took hesitation or “um, ok, yeah?” as an answer! The same is definitely expected of her staff because their work from what I could see was AMAZING. I’m so impressed with how Kim keeps her shop and her work is just as impressive. Like WOW. They definitely gained a new customer and I cannot wait to bring my sister and more to this place. What a gem of a nail salon. So great. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Kim for the great service and for taking on the bad correction you worked in with so many customers. I cannot express how appreciative I am of you. Can’t wait to come back! You rock!

My friends and I came into the salon for mani pedis. The ladies who did the pedicures were good. My friend had acrylic on her nails and wanted them taken off. The man proceeded to shave down her nails and cut them. But did not take off the acrylic. She left with her nails looking a mess, and they still charged her $30 for her nails.

I showed up shortly before they closed. They were happy to help me get my toes done! Highly recommend! Sweet ladies.
Cleanliness: Very clean and very nicely decorated!
Stylist: Super sweet and probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had! Plus the foot massage was heaven.

The place is comfortable, beautiful and elegant, I loved it, there is no parking problem. I liked that they did my feet and hands at the same time. My nails turned out great but for some strange reason the girl forgot to put the lamp on my feet, I didn't realize until I left, so the gel didn't dry and my socks stuck to it, it was too late to go back to anything else I was traveling, I want to come back soon and tell you about that unforeseen event, I really liked the place except for that detail. So I'll only give it 4 stars.

Wow! So many wonderful things to say. Let's start with I actually don't even live in Ca. I come here for work and I stay at the hotel in the same area as this nail salon. So normally I have my nails done while I'm home. However, I've been pretty let down with my normal nail place and happened to be here over a weekend. I called the nail bar after 3:00 on a Sat to see if just by chance they had anyone available to remove my acrylics and put on new ones. I was super thrilled because they said yes come on over. Being from the Vegas area I guess I didn't know what to expect because normally I go into a massive nail salon. The nail bar is a cute little nail salon with the friendliest artists I've ever met! Not sure how to spell her name but "Kimmie" walked up immediately and asked if hat I'd like done. I explained that I haven't had the nails I've been wanting in a long while and to be honest I really didn't think I'd find anyone to do them. She was so sweet and attentive to my needs. They offer beverages and talk to you instead of just each other. I was super comfortable and I absolutely LOVE the job she and Kevin did on my nails! I explained I would like to have double the thickness ( construction worker here) and I don't want them breaking constantly . I wanted the OG nails from the 2000's. Not sharp, not short, not narrow. Man did I get the best nails or what!? I am so happy! I will be back for regular services from the nail bar again in a few weeks and until I am no longer in this area. It's only been a day and already I've gotten about 10 compliments on my nails Thank you Kinmie and Kevin at Nail Bar!!! I definitely recommend this place. 100%
