One of my favorite storage options in the area due to the cleanliness and quality of security provided by cams. Sean was very helpful and so was amber in the front office. I recommend this place for your storage needs.

Excellent storage facility! I am the operations coordinator for a company that runs bicycle tours and we just used Prime Storage Windsor to store one of our fleets of bikes. I do business with lots of storage units, and this one is by far the best one I've come across. I wish I could give them 6 stars for communication! Email or phone calls, they're always there and so willing to answer your questions and work with you for what you need. Because of that, the check-in process was smooth and we always felt we had exactly what we needed. I highly recommend!

I love Prime storage! Hours to access my unit are great. It’s super clean and bright at nigh. I always felt safe entering and exiting my unit!! Amber was just amazing always going above and beyond to help me!!! Great place if you need extra storage!!

Staff were great, no surprises or unexpected fees. The grounds are kept clean. My only complaint is the cost, but all storage places cost more than I think they should.

Love the customer service from Amber and Sean. They make us feel welcome and to all the ladies that I spoke to in getting a storage, your service are soooo welcoming and made me feel so overwhelmed with gratitude and getting the best.
