Worst Customer service. Bought something 5 minutes later I come back to return because it's the wrong part. won't let me in. it's 530 pm. closing time is 6 pm. would have taken 3 minutes to return. Same thing has happened before. staff was rude. Kid picking up the things to close was rude. Feels like you are pulling teeth to get any assistance with anything.

Online hours say they are open. I've been trying to reach someone in the office since 9 a.m and it's now 12 noon. I go to pick n pull all the time and usually find what I need but customer service is a little spotty

This was my first time going to a pick n pull, and I read a lot of the reviews before I went to get a sense of what I'm getting myself into. I tried calling the number on Google and it rang for 2 minutes before disconnecting. The Pick N Pull website was very helpful in finding what car I was looking for and if they have any in stock. Once I got there, I was expecting much worse customer service considering the reviews I read. The people there, although not enthusiastic, were very helpful for someone who's never been to a pick n pull before. After they gave me a map and the cars I was looking for. You are pretty much on your own at that point. When you are there you always run the risk that you won't find what you are looking for, and I knew that going in. Thankfully I was able to find what I was looking for and only paid a total of $9 for the entire trip.

Just know that if the parts that you get doesn't work you will not get your money back. You will for sure get some credit.

This company is a joke unless you live within a certain distance they will not help you even though they say they will. I personally dealt with Rachel who told me that she could come pick up my car for $260 and then when getting back on the phone with the company Do you give them the rest of the information about the car they told me that the car is not within tow distance and they can’t help us

They won't answer their phone, so you get zero customer service.

DON'T EVER BUY TIRES FROM PICK-n-Pull! For that matter don't even waste your time going for parts. Limited inventory, admission charge to find out they don't even have your vehicle, rude staff, aisles limited with garbage, old parts, and other "things" you don't even want to know about. Bought tires. All looked visually good enough to temporarily replace the ones for a recently purchased used car. Took to my tire guy to install - he refused to install one of the tires. THE 19 YEAR OLD TIRE! Got another tire to get mobile. Learn the tire codes - I sure did, the hard way. Took the tire back 1 day later and Hector (the manager) refused to help. I thought that since they were committing a misdemeanor (AB 949) that surely I could get a refund or at least a store credit. NOPE. Only option was to exchange for another tire THAT I NO LONGER EVEN NEEDED! Looked for other tires, but nothing without nails (seriously!), already shredded (seriously), or the right size. When I asked for a resolution, he said I'd need to go to another Pick-n-Pull. REALLY? Fairfield is 41 mi. each way, Vallejo is 57 mi. I don't know where Hector buys his gas, but I usually pay over $6 a gallon. Took the tire and receipt and left. It was $24 with tax for the garbage tire that I now have to pay to dispose of, plus the wasted time & gas to go back again for nothing. Weak!!

I have been to this pick n pull many times before and have never had an issue with service, however, that changed a few days ago when I went to buy a couple of tires. I found two tires, one with a decent amount of tread, and one that was poor, but was the only other tire in the size that I needed. Two yellow signs posted above the tires clearly stated the price. Any tire under 20in rim was 20. 20inch rims and above were $25 and up. I had 2 sixteen inch tires, so I expected to pay the posted price of $20 a piece. This was also the over the phone quote that I had received prior to going in. When I got to the counter, Angel, the sales person, who also claimed to be the manager, told me the tires were 22.99 each. When I told her that I had been quoted something different over the phone, her response was to raise her voice and say, louder this time, "22.99 each" I then pointed out that the sign posted above the tires also indicated that they were $20 each. Again, and even louder this time she said 22.99 each and that's not changing". I told her I really didn't have a problem with paying 22.99 for each tire, I just had a problem with the fact that I was quoted a lesser price in the phone and that their posted price was not being honoered. She then rolled her eyes and YELLED, $45.98 plus tax, take it or leave it. I asked if there was a manager there that I cou ok d speak with, she yelled again, "You're looking at her". Wow. Really??? I asked her babe and she said Angel Montgomery. I got home and was really irked by the way I was treated by Angel. She was certainly no Angel. I tried to find a Corporate number for PicknPull. Somehow I ended up speaking with a Supervisor at CashForCars. He informed me that there really was no one to refer me to regarding my concern and he suggested that I fill out a customer survey online. So I was treated very poorly by a sore manager and now I'm being told to complete an online survey to express my concern. I'm really dissappointed. I'll be back because I have found value in the service they offer for reasonable prices, but I will always have a very tainted view about the lack of professionalism, the incredible rudeness, and the ignorance shown by the store manager, Angel. Sorry PicknPull. Your manager cost you two stars in this review.
