The worst experience ever, just because I asked for prices and an explanation of options for delivery of 'certified mail' ~ the woman behind the counter was rude from the start and in a hurried way told me about two prices an $8+ one and a $9+ one (because I told her it's been ages that I have been to P.O. and I needed to send the letter certified), and of course she didn't want to mention the $4 to $5 option, because she wanted me to pay for the expensive ones and not the cheaper option (which is what my pocketbook can afford) ~ she (asian woman) answered in a horrible cocky attitude and gave me lip because I asked an explanation on the difference between the 2 high prices until she realized to shut me up, she then offered the cheaper one, $4 option which really turned out to be $5.01 ~ I could not believe, what a miserable attitude towards customers, and the thing is she is getting paid for being nasty to customers, why? because she knows she can get away with her nastiness, her subordinates don't care. Never going back there and if I do and she is there at the counter I will pass on to someone else that is hopefully cordial and pleasant to do business with. With all the hate in the world, why does she have to be that way at work with customers?

It's a new low for me writing a review of a post office but if this place wasn't as horrible as they behave I would let it go. Avoid for anything beyond a simple package delivery. Don't expect to speak to the postmaster or have him return your call. And, nobody else knows jack. Avoid.

The Windsor postal service did not deliver my Mother's Day card even though my son and his family sent it well before Mother's Day as they always have. There was no delivery the Saturday before Mother's Day not even my usual assortment of junk mail. Needless to say I was very disappointed. This non delivery is unacceptable. Not only am I upset but my son and family feel badly that I didn't get my beautiful card.

Small post officeMonday through Friday as when they have the front office staff there and you can get cards and packaging stuff also if you need a post office box they do have those I don't know if they have any available--they run about $150 every six months, the staff are helpful and nice

I'd give this office negative stars if I could. They've now lost multiple packages of mine or delivered my packages to the wrong address all within the last 6 months or so. The lady (Laine or something close to that) who is at the counter is extremely rude, lazy and unhelpful. This isn't my first negative experience with her either. I've seen her interactions with other customers on multiple occasions and she is always unpleasant. Worst post office/customer experience I've ever had. If you're looking for a post office, don't chose this one because you'll have nothing but problems.

I can't understand why a package can't be left at my door. I just came home to a soaked package sitting outside my gate, when all the delivery person had to do, was open the gate and set it at my door out of the rain. UPS does this, FedEx does this, DHL does this, but the post office insists on leaving it out, knowing that it's raining. Why?

Worst post office ever. Waited 15 min at counter. Lady said she could not help. Was not her job. She called someone else. Then she started to help me. Didn't like my label. Said I needed to redo - asked how - - can she help. No. Went to UPS and they handled all in 5 min!

This post office makes up for the terrible other ones! The employees are helpful and nice. It's clean and typically quick service.

This location is having quite a bit of issues with their service; They've lost my packages more than once and they never assume their responsibility. Interesting the last time I was there another customer made comments on the same issue/problem.Their service needs to improve a lot!!!

Very unfriendly and unhelpful. The person opening was scowling at everyone and had the people from the back of the line come to the front making the people in line uncomfortable. Left and went to another mail location.

Waste of my time, older Asian woman (worker) bragged about working there for 20 years yet when I asked if it's easier to print labels online she replied with "I don't know anything about that, figure it out" ... if someone was working at a company for 20 years wouldn't they be up to date on all information a customer would ask?.. seems to be a problem every time I go in. (I just print my labels online now, FYI, it's much easier than dealing with a human.)
