I love this Pharmacy and get all my medications filled here... great prices and the staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient! Pharmacists are available and very knowledgeable so I get my Immunizations here too. Recommend, without a doubt!

The service was the saddest I've seen in a long time took so long to ever figure out my situation .took 3 trips with them & helped by the different girls there .so I had to explain my situation to each one of them .I wanted to be discreet but the broads but me on blast .& still didn't get it handled .the tell to come down i get there within 10mn & there at break ..worst drug dealers ever still haven't got what I needed

I just moved to Sonoma County and called the Windsor pharmacy since I lost my medications in route. The person with whom I spoke (Sandy) made me call the Shasta County Walmart pharmacy to look up my prescription numbers even though from what I understand from the Redding receptionists, it was possible for her to look this up using her Walmart online connections. Sandy, lacked patience and understanding. She hung up on me, which is something that has never happened to me. I had a great relationship with the pharmacy staff in Shasta County, who were kind and respectful. It is sad to be new to an area and have an experience like this.

I have been refilling one of my prescription medications here for about six months and I do have to say prices are pretty competitive and my prescriptions get refilled super easy and fast usually same day or next witch is awesome! But,when I had a question about possibly getting my other medication transferred to them,I got coldest service ever,like they didn't want my business here at all ,so I never got it transferred. Very disappointed with Walmart customer. service..

Traveled up to the Windsor, CA WalMart to shop early on a Sunday morning, around 8:30. Checked out with a lady named Tania. She was obviously in a rotten mood. I gave her an insulated bag for the cold/ frozen items. She didn't use it and when I asked her about it she gave me major attitude and I had to re-bag everything myself. She didn't even glance up at me through the entire transaction, then did the same thing to my sister. I believe she grunted a thank you when we left but she was on automatic and never really saw either one of us. We have been up to this Walmart once before and had a good experience. Don't think we'll be going back anytime soon. Walmart can do better than this.

i'd give this ZERO stars if possible. i went here to browse through the dvd's. while i was browsing i got HARRASSED by a young lady trying to sell me internet service. she came up and asked me what internet provider i had, what my name and address is, i said "LOOK, I AM NOT INTERESTED. NO THANK YOU." that should of been the end. as i continued browsing, 5 minutes later she came up and asked me the same questions. i said "you already talked to me, i am not interested." then while browsing, she kept asking about what streaming services i had, and if they had alot of movies to watch. i got so enraged i walked out of the store. i will NEVER spend another penny in walmart, amazon has all these dvds cheaper anyways.

FOR WALMART. NOT PHARMACY. I went to Walmart today because Walmart SAID they HAD lacrosse balls, but when I got there, there were no such balls. I searched and search and asked an employee and he said that they were in Sporting Goods, well I got the goods for you, THEY WEREN'T THERE. I proceeded to walk towards the exit and there was a lacrosse ball cardboard cut out???!!!!! Absurd. I just need me some balls. Walmart is holding my lacrosse talents HOSTAGE.

Worst experience! This review is for the Walmart store not for the pharmacy, Store isn't even listed on Yelp and I'm not surprised -why cant even give it a half a star. Staff working all hate their jobs and they are very expressive and letting the customers know, so you can forget any kind of customer service. I was shopping for a small 20 inch suitcase and a carry-on and waited for 30 minutes to get help then the store associate said he would get a customer service manager to come help me nobody came, went to the photographer E/video electronics department where one young employee was working. He said well I'm the only one here in this whole back section of the store. There is no manager working and I can't help you anyway so you should just come back tomorrow. I went to the front of the store and Customer Service called a store manager and then was a line of three people with complaints similar to mine. One lady was waiting to get fabric cut and she was told the fabric department closes every night at a certain time yet there were no signs posted, customer was very frustrated, employees said Yep we've asked again and again to have a sign put up but they won't do it. The store manager who was supposed to help me and it up going to cut the ladies fabric, then another assistant customer service manager came and went to look for my luggage he said well I guess I'll look but even if I find it it could be hidden behind pallets and I can't move them so you just would have to come back or you should just shop online.

Worst customer service. Every time I go shopping here theres an older lady that harasses you and treats you like a thief. She will almost fight you if you don't have the receipt on your way out. Even if she just saw you paying for your items.

Wouldnt give a star if i could leave a review without one. The guy in electronics who i was transferred to from the person up front. I will be buying my son his christmas toy from toys r us instead of your walmart because you hung up on me after i asked for a price and if you had a toy in. Hope someone figures out who you are and hope you enjoy having to work on black Friday! Thanks for nothing,watch out for the karma bus!

I'm writing this on behalf of my friend who has no computer access. She has been evacuated twice due to the terrible fires. The manager at Walmart, although only having 7 employees on Monday, opened up and let the people in the parking lot use the restrooms, get fresh water and coffee, fed them and gave them a safe place to shelter. I see a lot of bad reviews, but wanted her generosity and kindness acknowledged. She went above and beyond and my friend wanted her recognized. Thank you Walmart!

Although this particular Walmart has made an attempt to carry some fresh food, meat and other grocery items, the same general rules apply. Absolutely no help! The morale is terrible! Customers are unhappy with lack of service. Exhausted and annoyed after to locate an item or a person to get some help! Fed up with long lines, prices that are incorrect at the register when the tag says something else and the Cashier is powerless to do anything. Someone is called and then 10 minutes or more passes and a 'grumpy' person may show up. Many of the employees are so busy 'sharing problems' with each other that they don't have time for customers and if they do, they point in a general direction and tell you, 'it's over there'...which in a 30,000 sq. ft. store (guessing), isn't much help. The electronics Dept. tends to be helpful. The store is constantly being re-arranged so it does require a great deal of wandering. I tired to buy a new coffee pot. Unfortunately for me, it wasn't neatly stacked underneath the the display. 20 minutes later, after I located a small stack of them, I had to dig through a pile of them to find one that wasn't in a dented box. They do sell a unique foldable, quite handy box with handles.No one else carries these! I have tried to order them on line from Wamart and can't get them. I was at the store repeatedly ordering them. The order was for a large quantity, written down by a Manager. Saw two left one day when I was in there and asked why I wasn't called when the merchandise came back in. Three 'Managers" later I was told that it was either lost, or the person wasn't authorized to take an order! This happened twice. I'm done! Good luck entering or exiting this location without being asked for money, your phone, wallet or purse. Not worth the stress and unpleasantness.

I. Love. Walmart. I go to Walmart 4-5 times a week to be in a positive environment for a few hours at a time. The employees are very passionate about their jobs and love to help people
