It was my first time at this particular Walmart, very clean store, best customer service I've ever received at a Walmart, found everything that was on my list, will return again.

I don't ever write reviews, but this place sucks. They have many items out on the floor that they consider to be black Friday items and we are not allowed to purchase when I brought it up to the manager she said oh we're just getting it ready for Friday but you can't buy it yet even though there is thousands out on the floor logically if you cannot sell it yet then you don't put it on the floor. You would put it on the floor after the store closes for business not before.

You can never find help in the store on top of calling there to ask if an item is restocked they never answer the phone I requested different departments and no answer ever worse customer service experience. This is no how you handle customer service or satisfaction. Not to mention some of the employees they hire are rude and disrespectful. That age ranges from older to younger.

I was excited for my time ordering on the Walmart website. I downloaded the app. Placed my order. I was able to pick one of the 3 items I ordered at the Walmart in Windsor on Hembree. When I got home that same day my second item was waiting at my door. Very happy. the following day when I got home from work I saw that Fed Ex had delivered my third and final item. To my surprise inside the package was an elbow joint not the Dream Bone treats that was order. Upon inspection of the outside of the envelope was not my name but my address. I called Fed Ex and they issued a call tag to pick up. I proceeded to call Walmart a nightmare in itself trying to get the automated lady to understand what I wanted. I got through and spoke to a nice young man who was so polite and gracious and said he would resend me my order.Too my surprise the following day I got an email from someone named Chowdry saying my order had been delivered and to look around for it! I live in an end apartment and never had any issues getting anything delivered. To my surprise all I found was a receipt from Fed Ex that they had picked up the incorrect package. Of course I got on the phone and called Walmart and spoke to someone else. with the heavy accent I didn't quite catch his name. Long story short after being on hold for a bit, he came back on the line and told that at this time he couldn't resend me my order. All he could do was issue me a refund! You can imagine my surprise as I have been a customer service rep for quite some time and I would do everything in my power to get my customer their order reshipped. If I couldn't I would explain why I couldn't. Nope this guy couldn't get off the phone with me fast enough! Needless to say I did let him know they lost an online customer. I always would go into the store to make purchases. I let him know that a yelp review was coming.I did delete the Walmart app off my phone and will stick to shopping in person. I had to write this review because if you're in a customer service position whether in store or on the phone it's your job to make it right for the customer! Granted I know the customer isn't always right but you do your best not to lose a sale or take a chance of getting a bad review!I'm done now thank you for listening . This Walmart is a pretty good Walmart especially in such a small town. There is always something available that you need and Clarence is very abundant.

I'm evacuated due to flooding my neighborhood. Brian sold me two RV Marine batteries and they showed a low charge when I installed them. I told Brian that they weren't fully charged when I got them when I brought the other core to the store and he apologized. He's a nice enough fellow and very helpful. I didn't know it was about to be a problem.Walmart was closed when I got home from work so I took one to a friend's house to charge. I re-installed only to have dead batteries again in the morning. I went to work and then took both to O'Reilly's to do a fast charge since the auto center was closed. O'Reilly''s said both batteries are bad. I decided to get a refund and go to Intertstate for new batteries since my experiences with them has been great. Brian explained that refund is not an option and insists the batteries are good. Meanwhile Jude is sick with the flu under six blankets. I am not very pleased wit my purchase.

Recently ordered a microwave oven for pick up. Purchase process went fine. However, I was notable to schedule a time (on-line) to pick up the item. After several tries I decided to call the store (Walmart/Windsor). I was not able to get anyone to answer the phone (during regular posted hours). I tried 3-4 times, each time letting the phone ring about ten times. After a similar attempt the next day I gave up and went to the store to retrieve my purchase(assistance from the employeesworking there was good). Yesterday and today I tried multiple times to reach a store employee (hoping to ask a customer service question). Again, multiple rings of the phone without ANYONE answering the call. As much as I'd rather shop local, the experiences are dissappointing and I will take my business somewhere else going forward.

My landlord ordered a new vacuum on-line. Walmart cancelled this order after scheduled delivery with no justification. I then researched alleged available vacuum options for pick-up in a local store. After a 30 minute drive to Windsor, I was told by an employee the model was not available - in spite of showing on-line availability at this store. Never mind , I had tried to reach a live employee to check on the availability and could not get a response....What a customer service joke Walmart. This is why I use Amazon. You won't be seeing me again!!##

I appreciate the people serving the photo print so much. I had a gentleman help me out when the printing machine shut down. And then there was a lovely young lady who helped me with an order. She didn't even lose patience when I had made a mistake. Thank you all for serving the public so nicely.

My place of work was participating in a parade during the holidays (meant to write this much sooner) and Carla, in the paint section, helped me pick the right color and mixing it accordingly. She was very cordial and personable and definitely knew her job very well. I really enjoyed talking to her. This place isn't organized very well and you can tell the employees are overworked but I'll come back for people like Carla, who works hard and values customer service.

They apparently discontinued the loose fit camo cargo pants which I have been buying for more than a decade, in favor of either fleece lined or straight leg. Not thrilled. Stopped by today to get some arts and crafts for tomorrow. Unless you are into crayons, glitter or popsicle sticks I found the shelves nearly bare. Went to stationary to get composition notebooks, but since none are priced (shelf prices only) the shelves are a mess, I could not tell what notebook cost what, a new system needs to be implemented ASAP. Mountain House products are sparse in store. Lastly clean up your parking lot, all that garbage ends up in our waterways

Last Saturday, 1/11, my husband and I went to the Walmart Windsor for a online pick up order. During our time in this area we were taken care of by a wonderful associate named Michelle. She was so kind, genuine and empathetic. We got to know her while waiting for our large purchase to be rolled out and we found out she had been an employee of this store for 14 YEARS! Walmart is lucky to have an employee as dedicated as Michelle is. I wanted to give a big shout out to her for making our experience smooth and enjoyable. It was a pleasure getting to know you and wish you all the best! I've been in retail for over 20 years so I know a truly genuine person when I meet one!
