over a dozen people in line. we all had to wait on ONE teller and one poorly dressed greeter who claims he was the manager, yet was unable to get behind the teller line. took me a full HOUR to get my business done. and NO, the ATM was inadequate to help me with my business needs, BUT I WISH IT WAS. never coming back here again.

Walked in after depositing 4 checks at the atm outside. Wanted to take out a small amount in physical cash. Was disappointed to find out when I walked in only 1 cashier was working, keep in mind there’s 8 windows. There was 3 people ahead of me when I walked in and over 17 minutes only the person who was at the window and 1 out of the 3 people ahead of me got attended. Person in front of me and myself walked out because it was taking too long. Inefficient service. Management to blame, not employees.

No atienden el personal no es rápido y productivo nada amables y. Mucho tiempo con. Los clientes. No consideran. mayores. I arrived at this bank and not a single person helped me. I spent almost half an hour waiting for customers and the line was very long. They should pay more attention to people and serve us a little better.

Don't ever bother with this branchon Roscoe in Winnetka. Poor customer service. . Only one teller with 25 in line. Dont use BofA but if you have to use another branch

Don’t rely on notary services here. They’ll argue with you unprompted and adamantly say they only have one notary, and they can decline to notarize whatever they aren’t comfortable with—before you’ve even handed over whatever it is you need notarized! I wasn’t told what they actually are comfortable with notarizing, but gave my single sheet to be reviewed for all of ten seconds before I was told without reason that they can’t notarize it and to try the notary up the street or AAA instead. Barely got a word in except to be turned away.

This is the worst branch ever. There's only one teller here all the time. They should request to Get more tellers. I see people just standing in the front saying hi how can i help you. carrying a I pad! They should help out the teller when is pack. They should be a team Player. Bofa should do better.

Today, I had a very frustrating experience. I had an appointment scheduled from 10:00 to 10:30, but I was running late. Despite my attempts to contact them by phone, nobody answered. It was disappointing to see that the phone line was not being attended to, especially since it's meant to be a point of contact for the branch.
When I arrived at 10:20, I was informed that they couldn't accommodate me for a simple 5-minute task. I was surprised to learn that there were no available spots for the day. The lack of availability and communication left me feeling neglected and unimportant.
I believe that the bank should have made more of an effort to assist me and provide the service that I pay for. It's frustrating when you don't receive the level of service you expect and deserve.
