Nick, Katherine and VJ were so kind and made the process of having to get my car fixed a breeze. I had to take it in for two claims and I thought it would take a lot longer to fix but I was able to have my car back in less than a week. I was super happy with the repairs and their communication with me. I have a toddler and they were considerate of that fact and tried to make everything as accessible and convenient for me as possible. Will definitely come here if I ever need repairs again.

Very shoddy diagnosis for insurance claim. Left it up to us to find damage and problems instead of performing a proper thorough diagnosis of our vehicle after theft recovery. I would recommend not using this location.

Had my vehicle repaired here for our trunk issue. They were very helpful and understanding regarding the time constraint issues we had. The best part was this location is farmers certified so it helped us alot. For calls, I was in contact with Roxanne, and she was amazing with thorough explanation over the phone. For the repair, Jaime and his team took care of our vehicle and we got it back on the promised date given to us.

This body shop was recommended to me by my insurance of AAA. They have friendly amazing staff who gives Stellar customer service, but when you file an insurance claim to the place and they ask you to point out where the damage area is then you realize they didn't fix some areas. You pointed out aside from my bumper that was left 100% amazing for those reading this review. You will see in the picture areas that I pointed out on the quarter panel. They didn't work on and my wheel who is involved in the accident. I don't know if they worked on it properly or they just didn't want to do a proper job on it because it was left with a scratch and a bunch of bubbles in the paint job. It is the first time I bring my vehicle to this place for those who file an insurance claim and have AAA. Maybe you should look elsewhere if you have other options in mind this place is amazing. But if they are not going to double check their work before calling you to get your vehicle or they're not going to keep you updated in the repair process. Like they said then why bother going back
