The staff here is extremely slow lazy and they don't care. You usually have to wait in line for 30 minutes just To get to the cashier. The pharmacy is even worse though the pharmacy doesn't care about peoples rights their staff is so rude and incompetent I can't even explain. I would give this a -5 stars on the pharmacy and a -2 on the floor staff. Don't ever come to the CVS go to the one on Reseda it's much better.

0 Star! Probably the worst CVS ever, never going to a CVS again from now on because of this one location. They sold me a USED facial scrubbing machine. A USED ONE!! I opened the package, the machine was literally wrapped in a paper towel by someone else who returned it, that's disgusting. Shame on you CVS, you're a pharmacy and yet Im finding out that I bought a dirty used hygiene product from you.

If I could give no stars I would. The pharmacy is unbelievably slow and tries to make excuses for why prescription isn't ready that it wasn't called in Or on hold. Switching pharmacy's immediately and refuse to go back here

Horrible location and I'm probably going to switch soon. There's always long waits and nobody ever answers the phone. I've tried saying things before but apparently they just don't care.

My mother always picks up her medication from this pharmacy location. She picked up her refill for levothyroxine - which she's been taking for 25 years. She opened the bottle to find red pills inside which was shocking because every bottle before that has had blue small pills inside. She took back the bottle of pills to the pharmacy to see why the pills were different this time. First off, the pharmacists response was " THIS IS CALIFORNIA LAW, we cannot return medication." " You should've checked it before you opened the bottle". But the label said levothyroxine!! Only to find out that they put the wrong medicine in the bottle and labeled it as my mothers refill! When the pharmacist realized their huge mistake, she quickly took the bottle back and gave my mom the correct medication. If my mother had actually taken the pills they gave to her I don't know what her situation would be today. Mistakes like this should never happen because they're playing with patients lives! This is not okay, and as a caring daughter this has really scared our family. *** please everyone double check your meds!! ****

This is the worst CVS I've been to. Almost every time I go there there's a problem. It seems that is getting worse (if that's possible). Last time I was there, the store was empty. There were two cashiers, one new, in training (she was very nice) and another one that looked that she didn't want to be there at all. I waited in line for over 15 minutes with only one person in front that was being helped by the new cashier. The other cashier was walking back and forth and writing something down, so, not helping the customers. I can't wait until this CVS is closed or it's under new management. I used to love CVS, not anymore.

There's no words on how much I can't stand this pharmacy. If you have another option to get your prescriptions, please go anywhere but here.

Do NOT come here, that is all ..this is for the pharmacy lines are long, they're very busy and this will be an excercise in frustration, do NOT come here and save your sanity! or end up waiting forever This is my third experience here they said 20 minutes I sat in the corner patiently for an hour and forgot about me, Finally I asked and the meds had been ready! Is it a staffing problem do they need to double up on staff? Who knows, angry and frustrated

I've been coming here for years; every month I get two prescriptions refilled (at different times, of course) and every month I go back and forth from my doctor's office (who says they never got the refill order) to the pharmacy (who says they sent it twic). Yesterday, I called to see if they received my online request for a refill and I was on hold for 45 minutes when I decided I'd had enough and drove over there, waited in the drive thru line, and when it was my turn I showed the man my phone which was now up to 59 minutes' wait time. His response: Well, we're busy. I'm looking for another pharmacy, this is beyond excusable. My husband uses Walgreens on Saticoy and Topanga and he has problems there too. Going to look for a small neighborhood pharmacy.

TERRIBLE service from this location, first of all i get called to refill my prescription medications and that my refills are ready for pick up, when i get there not only are they not ready but they are charging me because they cant add my insurance even tho its alright on file, second i have the cvs rewards and they wouldn't take my card, or phone number or even the app on my phone for the discount on the other things i bought. I ended up going to the other location where instead of paying close to 50$ i only payed 27$. Huge difference.

The pharmacy and the staff are very unprofessional. They allow anyone to go infront of you and get vaccinated. Yes we need all to get vaccinated ASAP to go back to " normal". However, if someone makes an appointment they should go ahead of others who do not have an appointment. Brought up the attention to pharmacist Pamela M. She basically did not care nor apologized for the wait. She is also the manager of the pharmacy, believes it's okay as long as everyone gets vaccinated. Your TIME as a customer doesn't matter. Don't plan anything for hours if your planning on getting vaccinated here. Your appointment doesn't mean ANYTHING.

I had my second COVID shot done in this CVS branch. I had my first dose in a different company which I didn't feel they cared about my well being. I must say this CVS pharmacist was really friendly and she had a really good shot technique. It didn't hurt at all. She also advised me not to take any ibuprofen within next 24 hours and stayed in the store for 15 minutes. This nice experience is definitely a big contrast from where i got my first shot (the pharmacist didn't even look at me). I recommend getting your COVID shot in this CVS branch.

Do not get your covid test here. Line is 40 minutes long, drive through only, and the pharmacist demands more from you than other pharmacies. You have my insurance card and appointment time, everything else is bureaucratic bull.

Why have a drive through pharmacy if you can't staff it properly? Cvs really needs to step it up with staff and customer service. I literally waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. Some pharmacy technicians are really nice and I know it's out of their control so CVS as a whole needs to step up and hire more staff.
