Good Pharmacy, Frustrating Delivery Process
I’ve been using CVS for my medications, and overall, I’ve been satisfied — except for one major issue: their delivery system.
No matter how many times I’ve tried to order my prescriptions online for home delivery, the process is always the same:
They expect you to call
Leave a voicemail
Wait for a pharmacy tech to call back to confirm
Only then do they ship the medication
This completely defeats the purpose of convenience and online automation. In 2025, this should be fully automated — especially for repeat prescriptions.
CVS, I hope you read this and take steps to modernize your delivery system. Your customers deserve a smoother experience.

I had a great experience at this CVS thanks to Chris C., who went above and beyond with outstanding customer service. He was attentive, helpful, and truly made my visit easier and more pleasant. The only downside was that a few shelves seemed a bit sparse, but Chris’s professionalism more than made up for it. Normal CVS.

They have invested and improved a lot of their storage, such as their fridges, and food quality has been on an upward trajectory

One of the best CVS pharmacies in Country you walk into. Employees are kind uplifting and professional in every aspect you try to get help by leaving voicemail or through on line help you ever need.

This store is really low on product in all departments. Most items needed are locked up behind glass cabinets, but don't expect anyone to help you. They are also low on staff. There are long lines at the check out counter with only one person ringing you up or an annoyed employee will come from the floor to help, but you will feel like you are bothering them!

Like this store a lot for the convenient location and wide variety of high quality medical and household goods. The store is bright and always clean, and the personnel is very friendly and very helpful with all your needs. I always strongly recommend this store to my friends and neighbors.

There is a pharmacy tech here by the name of Niri who is extremely rude. She is a middle-aged Persian woman. She saw me waiting at the counter to be helped, but she ignored me and kept stocking the shelves. Finally, I had to say, "excuse me, can someone help me?" There were a bunch of ladies there behind the counter. Niri was supposed to be behind the register helping customers. But she told me to wait as she kept on stocking. Finally she came over with a lot of attitude. When I had a question about one of my prescriptions, she rolled her eyes at me and called the pharmacist over. Luckily, he was a nice guy and spoke nicely to me. I don't know why anyone would hire someone like Niri.

I frequent this CVS regularly but one day there was an employee, tall guy weirdly watching me the whole time. Because I was black? No way to know for sure but I felt uncomfortable.

Love when I get a text at 10:07AM while in surgery that my prescriptions are ready. Waited there from 12:40 until 1PM for them to open back up from lunch , Once they opened the blinds at 1:04PM, we were told that only the antibiotic was ready and that they’d let me know when the pain killer was ready. Since I couldn’t drive per doctor’s orders after being under anesthesia, my family member went on to work. I never got any text or call as was told that the pain med was ready. Finally called at 9:40PM to check once my nerve block wore off. Called to CONFIRM what time they close. Was told 10PM. I live one block from the store. We got in the car and arrived at 9:48 to find the pharmacy drive through shuttered and closed, is it REALLY that difficult to stay open the last 10-15 minutes as posted? Why say your hours are until 10PM if they aren’t? Why tell customers that you’ll let them know when their post op pain med is ready if you really won’t? The best intentions don’t mean it’s not a lie It looks like nothing more than narcissistic complacency. So much for pain relief for me this first night post-op. Appreciate being dismissed twice today CVS. ?

Went to pick up a new prescription and got asked by one of the rude pharmacist clerks quote "are you sure you even know how much this is?" As if it was any of her business whether I could afford it or not.

Very disappointed with service, not enough help on staff. I live close but often can’t get help with opening cases to buy things so I’ve left to go elsewhere.

Took the worst passport photos, DMV takes waaay better pictures! told me ears have to be visible for passport picture which is completely not true at all. $20 for two passport photos! staff was unfriendly as well. Do not come here for passport photos. Overpriced with the worst quality.
