I can’t express how much stress and anxiety I had having to come here, I’m not sure why but the DMV is always so hard for me. I have never had such an amazing experience at a DMV before. Brandy helped me and handled all my questions with patience. She truly made the largest weight be lifted off my shoulders today. I’m so grateful I got her to help me. Amazing employee.

Today I took my test, and I want to thank everyone, especially Andy. He is an amazing professional who approaches his work with great responsibility. My first attempt was unsuccessful in Pasadena – the instructors there are really bad, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. Here, however, the specialists are very good and welcoming; they don’t put you under unnecessary stress. I highly recommend taking your test here. I wish you all the best of luck.

The Asian lady at the front desk was hella rude.
But the gentleman who helped me with my license was awesome 👍😎. I was there maybe 1 hour In total. That was fast. And I was able to get a spot in line. On line. Also if your license was suspended do to child support, a law past in January that they can no longer hold your license do to child support

I like this DMV. But there are a lot of people, so it's not worth showing up without an appointment. I showed up at the appointment time and they took my documents in 30 minutes.

Not senior friendly. Had to go with my mother in law to help her complete an application to renew her driver's license because she went yesterday by herself and the employees there refused to accomodate or offer any help on the computer. Borderline disrespectful specially to senior citizens. No empathy towards the elderly and I imagine how they treat individuals with disabilities.

My friend Sophia obtained her driver's license, and it has become glaringly obvious that the testing process at this facility is severely lacking. Despite passing the in-person driving test, Sophia's driving skills are far below acceptable standards. It's clear that the staff are not paying close enough attention during the examination process. Their lack of diligence in evaluating essential driving competencies not only undermines the integrity of the licensing system but also poses a significant safety risk to the community. I strongly urge a thorough review and improvement of the testing procedures to ensure that only competent drivers are granted licenses.

The sole reason I’m writing this review is because of Juan’s exceptional customer service! This young gentlemen was sensible, courteous and professional. I was told by another rep that I would have to come back yet again after 5 times previously visiting dmv to just renew my license. Juan looking into it he saw that everything was actually fine and could take the renewal test without a problem made sure to fit me in although they were about to close, DMV Winnetka is lucky to him, Thank you Juan for going out of your way!
