Grateful to Hector for being FAIR with his pricing and accommodating. I have another mechanic in Santa Clarita, and Hector was able to beat the cost that was quoted, saving me a trip and possibly a full day. It is always a blessing to save money! FYI...for anyone who is having an Engine Oygen Sensor changed, it will smell like your car is on FIRE when the job is completed!

We replaced our pick up engine a month ago, we have to return 3 times already, the response is ok as long as Wilson is there only Mond to Wednesday , the pickup still there the engine will be replaced again, I'll let you know how everything goes

I LOVE THIS AUTO SHOP!!! I called as a panicked mom of a college student who had a dead car in the parking lot of his dorm with no way to get it to an auto shop. I called Hector and he sent someone to tow it, diagnosed a faulty alternator, replaced it same day, stayed open late to finish it up AND drove the car back to campus so my son had it in time for work. I have NEVER experienced customer service like this before. I will be a customer for life. I am so grateful to Hector and the absolute professionalism and kindness he showed this out-of-state panicked mom. 10+!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance
