I've been with them for 10 years.Never had a problem.Until now, they have switched may account account.So now it looks like i've only been with them less than a month. So that took away all my deals All I did was go in to the store to upgrade my phones.

They do good work, but that's when they feel like helping you. They are always busy even when there is only one customer ahead of you. I also called this Metro pcs everyday for 2 weeks straight and they never answer. I have a phone and home Wi-Fi for $55 each. I should owe $110 a month, but for some reason I owe $165. This Metro customer service needs a lot of help.

I went in to activate an old phone, but the associate convince me to get a brand new phone with 5G for $30 more. I said sure why not. He was very knowledgeable and kind explaining the features and plans that he had available. Tushar (I apologize if I didn't get that right) is amazing and made the process fast and easy and painless. I would highly recommend this location 👍🏽

The guy that is working there provides the worst customer service. I use to go when it was the two young ladies. But no more. This place is the worst and will rip you off. Stay away.

I visited today because I was having trouble setting up my new phone. The associate that assisted me was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was done in a few minutes after she started helping me. I worked in customer service for the past 14 years and I know how difficult working in retail can be at times. Thank you to this location and it's staff.
