I was just in today to have a check cashed, never been here before. Natalie helped me with my process. She was super polite, had a sense of humor, and knowledgeable about the things I had questions about. Process was quick and painless. Clean store, will be returning if need be in the future!!

I'm a business owner and I have been cashing my checks at this location in Winnetka and Saticoy for more than 5 years, but I decided to stop doing business with Ace Cash. The reason is because the manager don't care good clients like me. His name's Ignacio , he need a better customer education. His arrogant , he wants my social security card to sent to his corporate office. I can't believe that.

Had such an amazing experience when I came into this location. Ignacio was such a great help I had came in to get a loan and I had forgot my check book and he had mention that Ace can actually process a loan without a check and we processed the loan with my debit card, It was quick and easy! He welcomed me in once I STEP FOOT into the location and it was very nice to come into a place and get acknowledged immediately. Will def recommend to friends and family!!!! Thank you Ignacio
