DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THE OWNER IS A FRAUD: IGOR MELNIKOV, AKA ALEX FELDMAN AKA GARY MELLS.This company is completely fraudulent.We originally worked with their other "company" called "Medical Equipment Solutions" and the sales rep, Liam Jonas, who sold us two faulty sterilization units.We found out the hard way when both units broke down on us in the middle of the work week only after a month of use (using them only once a week).We tried to contact them to have a technician (Zechariah "Zak" Agresta) come out to service them, as promised in terms of our warranty. They would arrange a date and time and NEVER show up. The owner "ALEX" is full of empty promises, as he pushes you for the payment IN FULL upfront and then ignores calls/emails for requests to fulfill their warranty agreement.He has other aliases he does "business" under including: "NewMed Solutions" and "SamCare Medical".DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM BY ANY MEANS.

Gary Mells is a criminal. My company performed work for NewMed Solutions and has not been paid. We jumped through hoops to get the job done and in the end he disappeared. I see these other reviews and I completely agree with them! Don't do business with Gary Mells and don't do business with NewMed. I have owned my business for 16 years and this is the first time I have been taken for a large amount of money. I am going after it and will harass him for as long as it takes. What a pitiful individual.

Do your research prior to doing business!! Multiple complaints can be found publicly online. Gary Mells aka Igor Melnikov with Newmed Solutions placed an order for surgical lights then 3 weeks later makes false claim with credit card company disputing the purchase. BEWARE- see BBB rating complaints! The claim is still very much active with American Express.

We have been using NewMed Solutions for over 5 years and we are so happy with all there services. NewMed Solutions is a relatively new medical equipment company that our surgery center has been working with. We have been very impressed by Gary Mells, especially. It is so refreshing when people in this business have integrity. Gary coordinates the repair of the essential equipment that we have sent to him and the repair is complete and highly reliable. We have also found the pricing to be very reasonable. Gary Mells and NewMed Solutions is a resource that can be used with confidence, in our experience.

worst service ever! I took him to small claim court, and got a judgment against him for 10 thousand dollars but I can not collect because he is nowhere to be found! He is a dishonest individual. Stay away! I will go after him no matter what! I will guarantee you all the positive reviews are self generated! RC
