DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPAGNY.Used them for 1 year. When I cancelled they told my I have to return the phone box. Never received the email with return information. 9 months after they are sending me to collection and they tell me that since this is to collection I have to pay.Never got any emails or phone call. Terrible company

Cancelled their service April 2016. Still billed me a year in advance several months after cancellation, including for returned equipment from June 2016. Now they are charging $25 for EACH TIME I DISPUTED their errors in their billing a cancelled account. They are truly idiots and thieves

Had this service for 2 years, was fine until the cancellation began. Too make a really long story short, they refused to send me a label to return their service box, billed me $200 and called the credit clowns to hound me. Than after all this, I returned the box at my own expense and these idiots refused it and sent it back. TACKY TACKY TACKY. Thank God for the BBB

When service is good, it's great. Low cost and great features. BUT, I've been having problems with my service. My phone rings, I pick up, and it keeps ringing. I never get connected to the calling party. Or, my phone rings, I pick up, and the calling party can't hear me at all.This has been going on for the last few months. I spend 30 min to 2 hours (!) on the phone with them every couple of weeks trying to fix the problem. It seems to be better for a week or two and then I experience the same problems again.Today a tech told me I needed a new modem. I live 10 minutes away from them, but they wouldn't let me pick it up. And with Memorial Day weekend right here, it would be 5 days I would be without my phone service. When I asked them to expedite shipping to assure 2 day delivery, they refused. Rather, they said they would do it, but only if I paid for it.I'm just fed up with them. Not a happy camper. The supervisor Raul wasn't willing to do anything to make a long-standing customer happy. Bad customer relations!!!!

The worst company ever. Phone service often has issues. Tech support is limited and takes days to get hold of the level 2 support. I used to have 3 accounts and I only have one now which I am about to cancel. I would never recommend this company to anyone, even my enemies.
