OK, this guy/ worker named Anthony totally helped me figure out how to put a box together for this really awkward shaped frame that I got as my only inheritance from my uncle and he was so chill and easy to work with and helped me out thank you so much. Couldn’t recommend this worker enough. I was panicked and he helped me get my package sent and was super kind. Thank you again.

Usually in and out with no problem at the Encino and Tarzana locations but I figured I would try somewhere closer to home for my amazon returns...... next time, I'll just go there because the young lady working tonight Wed Aug. 6th, 2025 after 6pm had a very shitty attitude. I want to think perhaps it was because she was alone up front..it's dark and dingy and closer to closing time but there was no need for her unnecessary commentary. I just got off of work Thought I could make a quick drop off And ended up being inconvenienced. Thank goodness I got there before others showed up because the vibe stinks.

Never use this branch
The tape on my box went out because of the heat in the car. I asked nicely the lady over there do another round that it will be tight enough and she asked me for pay for 5 in of tape

The service is terrible, 2 young ladies are so rule and not professional in supporting or explaining to customers. Even when I paid for a tape, they charged me for donation without asking. Never come back again.

Not sure why they have 1 star reviews, must be some sad people but this ups is always my go to. I love it and they always treat me with the most respect and great customer service. Never had a bad experience here will continue to come back !
