“The man here went beyond and above. We had a rental canceled for no reason from the Venture Bl location. Made a new reservation here and came early to see if they had the truck, he was not sure it would be back on time so he called around and found us the truck we needed. And then called U-haul to get the reservation changed to the new location. Very nice to have someone willing to help us.”
“Very straightforward and the service was good. The only thing that was difficult was finding the place because Google maps takes you to the back parking lot and when you walk around or through Jons Market, it's confusing to see the sign for the U-Haul. It's in the little market that sells a bunch of stuff.”

“I knew this place because I always pass it on the way to work. I always see that they have a lot of rental truck on the parking lot. When it was time for me to move, I came to this place to rent a U-haul. Little did I know that you need to do a reservation. Jeez. I learned my lesson. So I have to scramble and check out other places. This U-Haul rent dolly and storage as well. They sell boxes, tapes, and pad locks. Owner is nice as well as the employees. They give out informations on other U- haul locations. If you need help with moving your stuff, there are people milling on the street that you can pay hourly or by contract.”
“I am not sure of the names of the two guys that helped me but they were there on 8/6 in the a.m. They were very helpful, they helped me make my decision easier and saved me a lot of money. They cared about my concerns. I recommend this location!”
