Employee was 5of 10, requested 5 hours and returned it yesterday in 2 hour only, I arrived at 2pm and he left alreadyI follow return return instructions PERFECTLY and drop off key at 2pm and still got extra charges . Serviced sucked, I got $20 fee and $14 gas fee which I returned it with more gas then I got it, and they gave me the van with gas cap not sealed, disappeared but all was fixed with BEN MANAGER, and I am glad I proved it with pictures to Antonio from billing. I NOW WAS PROMISED THOSE FEES WILL BE CREDITED IN 3 to 5 days so let’s hope for that, I WILL STILL USE THEM IN THE FUTURE, just make sure to take pictures of everything!! Thank you that the car told me before driving a while, I mean it told me right away

I dropped off a uhaul here before the time it was due. Nobody was there to check the truck in and the guy at the service station took the keys and said I was good to go. I then got charged a late fee for returning the truck late. Spent many hours on the phone and web with uhaul customer service to get a refund and only happened because I took a photo of the truck in the lot when I returned it. Do not patronize this uhaul place it's incredibly shady and they will absolutely try to scam you.

The manager or owner there was really rude and nasty and verbally assaulted an Asian American female customer with profanities. Other reviews on the UHaul website complain of similar rude and nasty treatment and allegations of fraudulent charges and dishonesty. I also received a nonauthorized charge without my consent or knowledge a day after returning a truck similar to other customer complaints.

I placed a reservation online with Uhaul corporate for a 20' truck 2 weeks prior to our moving date to ensure having the right sized truck for our needs. I chose this location for pick up as its closest to my home. Once you've placed the order you're sent an email confirmation and you're informed that you'll receive a call 1-2 days prior to your pick up date informing you where to pick up your reserved truck. I later found out that you may not be picking up the truck at the location you listed on your reservation but would be directed to the nearest location with your truck available. I received a call two days before our move informing me that a 20' truck couldn't be located and that my reservation had be changed to a 10' truck and that it would be available to pick up at 12:30 pm at a location 15 miles from my home. When I asked the representative how this could happen since I'd reserved the truck 2 weeks prior her only response was....well sir we don't guarantee specific sized trucks. WHAT ? WHAT ? Totally unacceptable business practices!! I WILL NEVER EVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN!! Thankfully I was able to locate a truck that met our needs with Penske with a convenient pick up location. I received a call back within an hour of making that reservation to confirm my trucks availability and it's location for pickup. THANK PENSKE!! This is clearly not the fault of this specific location but.........you might want to think twice about Uhaul for your move.

Do not reserve a U-Haul from this business. I reserved a month in advance and they didn't have a truck for me. First, they acted like I didn't make a reservation. Then they said the truck I reserved needed repair. I was told I should have been contacted and that this wasn't their fault. It was 100% their fault. And they were pretty rude about it. I was even provided a number to call...which didn't work. I was furious as I needed this truck within the hour. Luckily U-Haul was able to provide an alternate place. I will never again deal with these independent dealers.

DO NOT RENT A U-HAUL TRUCK FROM THIS LOCATION !!! YOU WILL REGRET IT.. OWNER ADDS FRAUDULANT CHARGES TO CREDIT CARD AND DOES NOT CARE IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT AND DOESNT THINK THE PUBLIC WILL CARE IF MADE AWARE. We made a reservation online for a 20' truck and several dollies. When we arrived at the location they did not have the dollies we reserved and had to drive to another location to pick them up.. they added 15 miles in charges to our bill, they then added 2 hours to our being able to drop it off because of their delays BUT CHARGED $20.00 for after hours drop off although the contract states to drop off at 5:15PM and truck was dropped off before 5PM. I'm letting U-Haul corp office know they should revoke this person's business. The BBB is also being made aware of this fraud.

We rented a trailer from here. The guys were super helpful and the rental went flawlessly.
