I always like coming to this place even if I live a little far from it because I feel so comfortable with the people who serves there but yesterday was different because the girl Victoria was the rudest and not nicest person I have ever dealt with there. She just destroyed my day. I was disappointed.

I had to go here for overnight express shipping to send some documents to USDA veterinary offices. I was a bit confused on instructions from the USDA website but I printed out the instructions and the employee at this location was extremely helpful and knew exactly what to do for a quick and easy process! I believe her name was Candy. I get a little anxious when going to mailing stores because of poor experiences in the past but this was definitely a lovely experience this time!

Candy (owner) signed out for my package and when I got here. It was not there. Her story was the driver said there is 2 package missing in the list. She went ahead and signed out for them. I received an email confirmation s saying it was ready for pick up. I came in to the store and their response was "sorry sir, the package says it's here but it's not here". So where is it?! By UPS customer service guarantee, they said it will be in this HUB. Candy's excuse was she receives bulks of packages and she can't see exactly what's in it. So she signs out out on them regardless if it's there or not. WHAT?! So got more info after waiting in the store for the package to come in and eventually UPS said it's in route to return to sender. Why in the hell did they do this?! Candy says she's been doing this for 20 years and she's been signing out in packages without verifying what's in her possession. I don't think she should continue to maintain this business if she does this kind of mismanagement of products. I will be contact corporate regarding her handling of the situation and will update. Edit Response: I never asked for this item to be returned back the sender. I have asked your UPS customer service to resend it back to my address but instead it was still delivered to your UPS HUB store. Which they signed for the product being in their possession. With the email screen shot it says it was signed and is ready to be picked up. So now the package is going back to where it originated. How come you guys didn't fix this issue. Now I don't have the product.
