I’ve never felt more frustrated and taken advantage of by a company. My experience with this moving company—specifically with sales rep Andrew Duffek—was a complete nightmare from start to finish.
First, Andrew grossly underquoted our move by over $10,000, a massive oversight that either reflects incompetence or deliberate deception. When we tried to get clarity, communication was abysmal. We had to chase him constantly—he almost never answered calls or emails unless we reached out multiple times. He repeatedly claimed he was “at the office” and would call us back, but these promises turned out to be complete lies.
Worst of all, during one particularly stressful moment when we were just trying to get answers, Andrew yelled at me on the phone—completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. No customer deserves that, especially not after being misled on cost and left in the dark throughout the process.
This experience has caused significant emotional and financial stress to my family. I am demanding a personal call from CEO Victor Kassyan to discuss how this situation will be rectified. We deserve accountability—not silence or excuses.
Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to be overcharged, ignored, and disrespected.
To read my review and respond in 58 minutes that all phone calls, text messges, and conversations were reviewed. WOW first time you guys have been this fast at responding. If you were this fast to begin with Andrew we would not have any problems.

The movers carefully twisted and angled the sofa while measuring the door frames, getting it through without any dents or rips. It was like watching a puzzle master! They gently pulled it out of the doorway when it was nearly stuck. My beloved couch has found a new home in the city without damage.

The move from Texas to Florida was quick! Communication was consistent from start to finish, and they handled any small issues with ease. They even went the extra mile to help set up my bed and make sure everything was in place. No damages at all—everything arrived in perfect condition. I’ll definitely be booking with them again.
