“once again a five star review. We are full time rv'ers pulling a large 5th wheel around the country-about 10.000 miles per year. So truck tires are very important to us. The set I had Purcell in yuma put on about three years ago concerned me as we were abut to embark on another long summer journey. Went to Purcell and said hey do I need new tires-if you think I do lets put them on. They inspected the tires and said nope you have one more year let's put new tires on next year when you come back to Yuma. These guys are super honest. They could have sold me $1500 worth of tires and I would have been happy. All the work they have done for me both on the truck and fifth whell has been great. Highly recomended”

“I recently had some maintenance work done by Horne service department, I had forgotten the attention to detail & the way they check my vehicle out before I received it back. I was made aware of some items that would be fixed under my warranty. I was very appreciative of their looking out for myself & my family members who drive my car. With my work vehicle which is serviced at another local dealer the customer service is night & day, I’ve left the dealership with items on a vehicle that should have been mentioned & would have prevented it from being on the road. “I'm on a cross country road trip and my rusty old van started leaking exhaust. Called on a Friday afternoon and he was willing to take a look same day. Once I arrived he fixed the issues in minutes, even though he was obviously very busy. It was honestly the best experience I've ever had at any repair shop. He also gave me a great recommendation for another repair shop in the area to help with the other problems my van was having. I'm so grateful for his help. This is a great place and a great guy! I highly recommend! Yuma is lucky to have a shop like this!”

I walked in with a flat tire and they started looking at the flat immediately. Within 5 minutes they identified the problem was a cracked rim. Nothing they could do to fix that, of course. They charged me $0.
I will definitely be back to have them remount the existing tire on a new rim.”

When I pulled up, the younger guy was already waiting to help me before I even got out of my car. Service was fast. Will definitely come back here again. (Hopefully not too soon though lol)”
