April 21, 2018 suffered a heat stroke from hiking a near by mountain, as I entered the store to cool down. I asked if I could get something to drink, and that I would pay for it, unknowing that I would be taken to a hospital via ambulance prior to doing so. It was a medical emergency. The cashier at the time watched me collapse to the floor without ever contacting emergency services. I had to call my own ambulance, after asking the woman if she was just going to watch me die. I should've pursued this situation further. I came back the following day, after being released from the Yuma Regional Hospital, to pay for the beverage I didn't have the cognitive awareness to pay for when I came in originally. As I said I would.
After reading other reviews. It was definitely CONNIE, who chose to stand by and do NOTHING. If you read this Connie, I hope you remember that day, and are ashamed of your inaction. I told the cashier of the events when I came back the next afternoon. And paid for the beverage.
Just watched a Facebook video of a convenience store owner helping a customer having a blood sugar emergency and it brought back this terrible memory. Hope it makes it way to you.

I love this store! Always go everytime we go on a long trip and its where we load up on goodies! Today, the clerk showed me those rattlesnake eggs. You all need to see them theyre awsome. Great job man!! Props to the clerk today! Thank you man.

The service was awesome so 5 star there, the price 1 star for regular gas at 5.99 is expensive. If I could of made it farther I would have. 6 miles away it was 3.69. I was on fumes in a truck pulling a trailer so I had to get gas.

Last stop for fuel and convenience store type needs on the Westside of Yuma.
Fuel is pricey but easily available and close to the dunes.

The worst place ever!
Very very expensive and bad customer service! Rude!!!! No prices on anything in the store so they can charge whatever they want! I have never ever had such a bad experience!!!
Avoid this place! Drive 5 miles to Yuma and have better prices and service!

RV dump $20, unfiltered well water $6. Propane also available. Calif gas prices $6 gal. Very close to Pilot Knob LTVA.
