For 20+ years excellent service, great people at the counter. Something changed with the new Postmaster??? Now mail gets returned. Calls aren't answered or returned and you get wrong mail more often. If there was another option I'd use it.

The local post office delivery is fast and accurate. If your mail is going towards Sacramento it is possible to arrive the same day or next because of the efficiency of this office. The employees do an excellent job and are very nice and helpful.

This place has the worst customer service. Every time I come in here, the lady with the black hair has an attitude BECAUSE SHE HAS TO DO HER JOB.

Came at 10:45 people in line waiting but was not open. No sign that says they are operating at different hours. Website and post office says open at 10 AM. At least a dozen people came and left in the 15 minutes that I waited.

the sales associate name amanda was very rude and demanding. she was not clear on the instructions for my package and was mad about it. was sighing the whole time. that's very unprofessional, people like that should not be working customer service. she was not wearing a mask, I am a high risk for covid. she took a long time in the back as well doing god knows what.

Our Winters staff are super helpful and quite friendly! The are also very competent and most courteous!! Glad to have a post off where it’s worth the wait if there’s a line!

the post office only males mistakes if your mail is wrong. besides the mail is guaranteed to arrive nothing more for sure than them. cause nobody steals from them or you'll have a Us Marshall up you behind.

didn't pick up packages on request pickup day , had them outside door 9am to 2pm still at door step so i just ended up just taking them to post office myself.

We also wish we could give a negative stars review. This is by FAR the worst post office we have ever experienced. We constantly get other peoples mail, have to track down packages that should have been delivered to our house, receive attitude and laziness at the office. Terrible, incompetent "service".
