The worst experience I've ever had with a bank. Our 2020 tax return was sent to be deposited into my wife's account. We never received our federal return. After TWO YEARS of doing our own investigative work we discovered yolo federal had deposited the check into someone else's account. They have completely sidestepped every question and claim it's because we didn't have a number on the end of the deposit number to identify it as a deposit to checking. This despite the fact that our state return had the same number and was accepted. So what did they do? Deposited it into someone else's account. Neither the number or name match this mystery account. Now they have told us they can't do anything and we have to go to the IRS. Throughout the whole process Christine Scott showed zero compassion or empathy for their business losing the $5,000 of a family of four. Absolutely disgraceful.

I have to concur with previous experiences listed above.Their ATM machine would not return my bank card (I bank with Travis CU). They destroyed my card rendering me broke without access to my accounts. This happened over the weekend so I had to borrow gas money to get to work.Apparently this is a common issue.I came here to find their phone number as I've wanted to switch credit unions for one that's closer to home but thank goodness I read these reviews and remembered how they left me stranded for days.I'll be looking elsewhere.

The good thing it's local. Once you actual get a human the CS is great. Getting thru there phone system (all numbers go to one place with wait times 10-20 minutes or wait for a call back). The website is awful. Phone app is barely better. Again it's local. Otherwise driving to Vacaville or Davis is a better option

DO NOT EVER GO HERE EVER!!!!!!!We went to the ATM like normal to make a deposit the ATM gave us our card back then printed a receipt and didn't put the money in our account we called the next day to try to get our money back and were told they can't do anything we would have to start a claim with Travis Please don't waist your time here stay away!!!!

I wouldn't recommend anyone going into his bank. The customer service could be way better. Seems as if these people hate their jobs.

Very helpful. My brother is disabled and needs extra help the Winters ca. Yolo federal credit union goes out of their way to help him from checking issues to change purchases. They give him a seat and come to him since it is hard for him to stand for any length of time.

Having tried different trading platform , my last experience with Mrs Emily Alison is the best ever, I traded with $500 and within a week i made profit of $6500 and to my greatest surprise no extra charge was paid for my withdrawal. So I recommend Emily platform for effective trade to every one.

They treat their customers horribly, we have been discriminated aginst, treated rudely and judged! My husband's account has been compromised atleast 6 times and everything is out dated and broken! Online and app are horrible too. Wouldn't recommend if you like your money safe and quality customer service!

If this is not the credit union you bank with I suggest you stay away!!!! I bank with Travis Credit Union and they are awesome!!!! These guys have always messed up 90% of the transactions I’ve done there. I understand there are a in-network ATM but this is the final straw. Last time the ATM took my debt card on a Sunday, and I went in the following day to get my card they stated it gets destroyed immediately. Today I attempted to deposit my payroll check. Followed all the prompts, and it took my paycheck without depositing it and now I have no money for the weekend thanks Yolo federal!!!!!

Made an appointment with a specific employee online. When I got there apparently they were not there today which is odd because I even got text confirmation of my appointment. I waited for another employee to be able to help me but they stayed on the phone for a while so I had to leave.

Your ATM machine at the Winters branch on Friday took my Direct Express debit card and never returned it . The personal inside said they had no access to the ATM machine and i would have to order a new card from Direct Express . I did so and had to pay $17 for a new card . Yolo Federal's machine caused me a big problem as I went without money until Tuesday . the least your bank could do is return the $17. That I was out due to your banks actions ! Thanks
