6-1-25..2nd Review I'm adding on to my previous excellent review..Because Google don't let you do two. So every time I go in and see Kameisha, she has the biggest warmest smile, and the MOST WELCOMING HELPFUL ATTITUDE that you wanna have shopping in a store regularly..You want that WELCOME FEEL..And she gives it,very time..Dollar General..PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE HER . PLEASE.. Without this EXCELLENT staff here, we would wanna go somewhere else..and so far everyone has been OUTSTANDING...Kameisha, Maria, Fatima to name a few.. Thank you kindly Ladies..u'all are amazing.KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK..And hopefully management will ACKNOWLEDGE U ALL..

HONESTLY I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my little town Dollar General..So today,,,Maria & Fatima went ABOVE AND BEYOND EXCELLENT to HELP my husband and I...They DESERVE THE HIGHEST RECOGNITION for their EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE..PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE them Dollar General.. Because without excellent customer service, there's NO BUSINESS...Thank you Maria & Fatima..you BOTH are AMAZING...Hope DG acknowledges you BOTH...šš

šFriendly staff, well maintained. Outside is pretty dirty but thats MAINLY customers that donāt have any respect and trash the place. I give the staff props for having patience for those ppl. I wouldnāt let them treat me bad. I always see customer talking bad to the staff. Theyāre just doing their jobs. Keep up the good work!and fix the restrooms!!!

I haven't been in this DG in close to two years, after most dollar stores closed in Atwater, I decided to go back to DG. When I had previously used DG it was small, crowded aisles, unorganized, kind dirty. This visit I was pleasantly surprised at how well the aisles were stocked and organized. They've added some fresh produce, upgraded their refrigeration, etc. I was greeted, there were several young men organizing, a male cashier, a young woman stocking was able to direct me properly and courteously. The only thing that hasn't changed was the condition of the cement entrance/parking lot......Corporate office: Hire someone to do a power wash of this area and keep it up. This small community needs a decent and affordable place to shop, provide jobs, and contribute to the economy. Give them what they need! I'll go back.

Terrible customer services (Cristina) I believe thats her name . aggressive, rude and disrespectful attitude. Yelling talking back to customer. Yikes!

Do not coupon here when employees Maria is on shift. Employee Maria will not process your transaction if you share a cart. They usually never have carts available so we only occupy one cart. Her reasoning for refusing our transaction was cause of ācorporate rulesā Both the times she has done this she states only one coupon per household but even when we attempt to show her we donāt live in the same household via IDs she refuses. She was very rude and refused to work with us. Very unprofessional as a business owner this lady is a liability. My brother and I will be contacting corporate if this happens again. I live an hour away from my brother and this is our Saturday tradition it will not be stopped by a miserable lady. Weāve never had this problem here at this location with manager Rosa and at other dollar general location including in other states when we travel.

This day we went to buy water and other things at the Winton DG and the manager was at the cash register and we were paying him with a $100 bill and since we arrived there has been no return, no return with that despot you said, I already went to the bank and They didn't let me back and where did you see that I asked you are the manager if you said if you want I called I called I can't do anything I don't know where he said to call but I think that's not a hose for a client

I have NO PROBLEM with the workers. But there is ABSOLUTELY NO PRIDE of ownership on the outside. Very Lazy, unkept, dirty, drug addicts ruin everything. Garbage everywhere. Today was HARD to see. The outside looked runned down and destroyed by drug addicts, and the employees just walk past it like nothing. Just give me my paycheck kind of attitude. I'm good. This store is making our Little town look ghetto..CLEAN IT UP. CLEAN IT UP. You should be ashamed of yourselves ALWAYS letting the drug addicts ruin EVERYTHING. CLEAN IT UP, AND CALL THE SHERIFF'S on them

Dollar General is so easy access to have in my town, but very negative customer service skills and not organized. The male manager exposes rude attitude towards customers, I had an experience with his negative actions and took it upon myself to call the corporation office. The manager needs to do his job by making sure the items are placed on the correct price and not be rude about it when customers like myself bring it to his attention.

This store is trash specially the managers they have a super bad actitudes with customers and talk to the people super bad they don't have education the cashiers are so rude with people. The manager cancel my order because she don't want to do my order online super bad service

This place is not the best Iām sorry but it isnāt. Itās always dirty and thereās only like one cashier helping a line of like hundreds of people and the other one worker is always on her phone?. They never really have what I have since nothing is in stock.
