“My samsung note 20 ultra phone's screen became unresponsive all of a sudden. I love my phone and will not change it for the world. So i took it to another phone repair shop (no names) and they told me i would need a new mother board. They said my phone was outdated and they might not be able to find the parts to repair it. I was devastated. I got home and sadly put my phone in my desk drawer. After 4 months i heard about SDS phone repair. So i decided to take my phone in hoping they could help me. I explained the issue to the gentleman at the counter and he told me to leave it. I asked him if it could be fixed. He told me it was just the screen to leave it and come back in 2 days since he had to order the part. 2 days later i showed up. He handed me my phone. When i saw it was working perfectly i felt like hugging that stranger. He charged me $300 wich i gladly payed. He gave me a phone case at no charge. All this happened about 3 years ago. My phone is still going strong and i still havent found a better one to replace it with. Thank goodness for this shop!”

“I have been a customer with Metro for many years. I've gone to several Metro stores. The only excellent service I've received has been at the Metro Store on Olive Street in Merced. Tony has always goes above and beyond to make sure he provided me with excellent service. I was without service yesterday. He took time out to do some research. The Metro employee at the Atwater Store had inserted the sim card in a phone by another phone carrier.
He takes time to make sure the customers are satisfied with the service he provides before leaving the store.
He's the best employee I've seen from Metro that takes a lot of pride in his job.
I would recommend that you have him train some of the other employees at the other Metro Stores..
