They are so unprofessional. David is the one who helped me. He was so afraid to keep his words whatever he said when I rented the 26 feet U-Haul truck. He did not say that I had to check out by downloading the app that way no matter what. All he said was " that was the option, if I returned the truck after hours. Either on the contract, where did they say that I have to download the app in order to return the truck. I rented the truck on Monday 23rd and called him today 25th to make sure he charged me correctly. Well, he did not take out the key which I dropped on late Monday until now. He also charged me 2 days instead. He said that I have to call the U-Haul customer service to get credit as I wish. I got so mad wasting my time to call the 1800 U-Haul to explain or else they will charge me extra a day due to The U-Haul at Winton, can't complete the check out paperwork on time with the key I dropped the box overnight. I never want to do any business with them again. They don't know what and how to treat customers happily. Unreliable, Unprofessional, Not met expectation, poorly trained agents, mismanagement business.
