I have been a patient with Clinica since 2006. During this time, I have had several changes in Dr.s and NP's and PA's. I have had the most caring and compassionate NP, to the rudest, most uncaring. I have a very extensive medical history with a chronic pain condition, I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. There are 3 who took my case seriously and treated me appropriately. Now there are so many changes and I get assigned to a new NP, and have seen her once. She suddenly decides that she is going to take me off a medication I have been taking since 2008! Excuse me? Wow, just wow. Do these people LOOK at the medical history of the patients entrusted to their care? Do they research a diagnosis they may have not heard of, such as Adhesive Arachnoiditis? Along with a history of severe degenerative disc disease and numerous other issues related to the spine/nerves? So, after 15 years, you just are going to take away a medication? It's awful because in this valley, our choices in doctors are extremely limited and selecting a doctor in Bakersfield can be risky with the canyon, especially during winter months,, or times with rain. Quality of patient care is obviously a thing of the past. So, I have to accept that she won't fill medication, and deal with debilitating, intractable pain! Thanks

The receptionist at this Hospital are the most rudest people. To be honest it doesn't feel like they care about you. Or at least try to pretend to care about your concerns. I understand it's their policy but if you're one minute late they will not see you and if you've been to this Hospital you know that it takes months to get an appointment or no appointment at all and say they will call you when something opens up.... knowing that there the only Hospital in Wofford Heights their advice is to go to mount Mesa which I don't live in Mount Mesa I live one block away from their facility while their facility is completely empty not one single person in there

Terrible. I got an appointment to see a doctor, and after making me wait 20 min they sent in a nurse practitioner with attitude. I’d go anywhere else next time.

Terrible service and extremely rude. My fiancee went in for a blood draw and they didn't give her any orange juice or snacks food to compensate for platelet loss. She almost fainted in the parking lot and on the car ride home.The doctor and nurse were rude and unprofessional, insinuating that I've cheated on my fiancee because she suspects she has PID. Completely out of line, even for medical staff. Instead of properly diagnosing her problem the staff throws the accusation that I've been cheating when I have not?! I am so flabbergasted by their behavior that we will NEVER be going back.On top of all this we got sick because they cannot maintain a clean facility. We have contracted some type of flu virus from this office which has resulted in vomiting, diarrhea, fever/chills, phlegm, and lethargy. Thanks Clinca of Sierra Vista for making us sick!It's been 6 days and still no test results, they expect us to come in to get a print out. Why would we come back in to a dirty office just to get sick again? This office is unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and down right lousy. I receive services from the Veterans Affairs and I've never experienced problems like these.
