“The customer service was excellent. Always friendly and quick to respond. Mitchell goes above and beyond to make sure that the customers leave with a smile on their face. The facility is always clean with very reasonable rates. Def should check out Kernville Mini Storage!!”
“This facility is hands down the Best...... Due to the windy fire we had to evacuate R Ranch in the Sequoia's we had a trailer and we live so far away. The owners went and picked it up and moved it for us I am forever in debt to Best storage thank you!!!”
“I moved here almost a year ago, and was searching for storages, which we all know is very time consuming and difficult at times. I called Lake Mini storage, and the manager Gloria answered. She was so helpful and flexible and answered every question and concern I had. Gloria knows storages and gets you taken care of Instantly! What I love about this place is no matter what time it was, she always answers the phone, and is eager to help. Also she took care of the payment and we did everything over the phone within minutes. Best customer service ever. From here on out I will only be using Lake Mini storage.”
