“We bought a set of tires yesterday and as they were removing our old set my Husband realized he was $40 short on the price we were given. I didn't have my purse and he doesn't like banks so that's literally all we had on us. He told the guy taking the tires off and he went to talk to the owner (I'm guessing). “Shout out to the TF Tires team here in exeter, you won’t find better customer service anywhere else. They had a load of vehicles today and mine was one of them. I brought my vehicle in at 8 for a tire repair but due to a system change and the employees getting used to the new system it had been forgotten. Now even with that happening I still can’t thank them enough, someone stole my spare tire just yesterday and I needed it so I could bring in my damaged tire another day when I had money. But was forced to bring it in sooner, they did the repair for free due to the delay and showed how much they care for their customers. No matter , delay or no delay these guys will always take care of you and your vehicle with utmost respect and professionalism and that means more to me than one can imagine. So to the TF Tire team in exeter, thank you ? you guys have always been amazing and I appreciate it. You guys have my respect and gratitude?”
“Steve is awesome. He is very helpful and knows the business. All of the techs are knowledgeable and honest. They are helpful and don't try to over sell. They are honest. I took my truck in asking about my brakes. They easily could have told me that I needed to replace them, but they did not. Instead they checked around the vehicle and let me know that they were in good condition and I did not need to replace them yet. I have bought tires and had brake service done with them. Happy every time.”

“Miguel was super helpful and honest, and fast! I was sure I needed new brake pads and rotors on all wheels, and ready to pay for it, but after inspection it turned out I only needed rotors on the front (coming down Sequoia is rough on brakes) Miguel got it in the shop, realized the rear rotors were still good, and called me about it. Cut the cost in half. He’s a great guy, and a great mechanic.”
