This is one of the worst gyms I've ever been to. Most of the machines are broken, rusted, torn apart, and some of the people that go here are nuts. Don't waste your time, it's just a bunch of broccoli headed POS kids and roided out Meatheads trying to relive their youth.

I had horrible experience here with the trainings! They are a fraud. They told me they had a special package for 4 sessions of training for 299$ , a month passed and I saw another 238$ taken from my bank account! I call them and they said you are on autopay for 4 sessions of training EVERY MONTH! They never told me this is going to be a monthly thing. When I purchased they said this is a one time, 4 session package! They don’t tell you the details of your purchase to get you to sign up for things. I called them to cancel and they said it is nonrefundable.

I’ve been to gyms all over the country. This was probably the most disturbing one I’ve stepped in. Lighting is like a skid row crack house.Machine pads are falling apart. Trash everywhere. Weights laying around everywhere. Can’t find a matching pair of dumbbells. Bathroom was disgusting , loogies sitting in the sink, pube hairs all over the toilet, paper towels all over the floor , broom and dustpan scattered on the ground. I’ll give one star because it’s accessible 24hrs.

The front desk employee in this location was rude, she suspended my account after I paid for a full year and didn't even notify me. Jay the manager in this facility was very helpful, listened to me and solved the problem in a very professional way.

Don’t come to this gym !! Unless you want to be at a gym and pay a high membership price for a gym that all the machines are always broken and dirty, homeless people walk in the gym and sleep in the bathrooms and on the gym floor, no one says anything to them, in the bike room they have homeless people hiding in the dark room because it doesn’t have bright lights in the corner hiding sitting on the floor, the bathrooms and the whole gym itself is nasty the cleaning lady cleans as much as she can but the barbians that come here destroy everything and they aren’t told anything, this place is a walking lawsuit when you are on the machines and they break while you are on them because they refuse to add new machines and keep fixing the broke ones, all the managers don’t do nothing they sit in their office and the only time you see people that work here doing anything is when the big bosses are coming then all of a sudden they are like roaches - everywhere - this gym is convenient location from my office but for what you pay it should be up to par and the fact that there are countless reviews stating the same issues with multiple people and the head office does nothing shows you how much they value you as a consumer at their locations

I only used the equipment and have not used the classes. You need to use the app to reserve a class, and I have not installed the app yet. I am only here a few times so far. At around 7 am or 8 am, I expect the place a little cleaner. Today, 12/11/23, this place is not in top shape. You could see dirt and everything else as you do pushup on the floor. The staff tried to put equipment and floor mats back. But at this early in the morning, this place should be cleaner. I was told that the cleaning staff come in early in the morning "normally." The equipment is not well maintained. You could see broken equipment covers/seats. But they do have most of the equipment here. Some of the staff are friendly

This has to be the dirties 24 hour fitness I been to and I been to West Hills, Northridge, Sherman Oaks, Glendale, Burbank . Men's locker room floor was extremely wet from all the showers that everyone is taking. The main upstairs floor is a disaster with nothing organized and no weights are put away. Everything is on the floor. Where are the employees? I saw one employee at the front and that is it. Does anyone actually works at this gym?

I’ve been coming here for about three months now and it’s very frustrating that out 6 out of 10 of the stair machines have been down and nothing has been done to fix them. 5 of the stair machines have a sign that’s says it’s out of service and 1 of them randomly jumps and causes you to almost fall while using is. The locker rooms have a stench so strong that I have to breathe through my mouth to avoid smelling so that I don’t feel like throwing up. The one time I used the showers there was mold growing on the walls from lack of cleanliness. Please get it together and take care of these things 24 Hour Fitness.

This gym is awful. PUT. AWAY. YOUR. WEIGHTS. There is way too much equipment packed in a small space, making it even more crowded. No one, literally no one, ever puts their weights away. I just walked out after only five minutes because of the frustration with trying to find matching dumbbells for any weight. They’re scattered all over the gym; I don’t have time to go on an eater egg hunt. It’s Thanksgiving, so it wasn’t overly crowded, which means the staff didn’t even bother walking through last night to put everything away. This is why I only go to the West Hills location (which has the nastiest bathrooms, so pee at home first). You get what you pay for at 24!

I’ve been in many 24 Hour Fitness locations, and without any doubt this is the worst one of them all!! Poorly managed, poorly maintanted equipment, most of the staff (especially at front desk!) are rude and not courteous, always freezing cold on the exercise floor, awful music, the cleaning guy in charge of men’s locker room always there in the locker area and throw away everything (clothes, shoes, etc…) if you leave it unattended for a second to go take a piss!!! His response is that the management instructed him to do it!! This is Completely unacceptable and complete harassment!!! Senior management or district manager should look into this facility and how it is managed!!

Today was my last day and I’m really excited to have joined Golds Gym. This 24 has horrible restrooms and they’re always dirty and not maintained well. The machines are dirty and the equipment is just a mess. The people are also to blame for not cleaning after them selfs.

I have been going to 24 Hour Fitness in the San Fernando Valley area since 2009. YES READ THAT AGAIN, I have been going to 24 Hour Fitness LONG before this location even existed. That being said, when it first opened up, I was excited to try a new location other than the Fallbrook location. My review is nothing against the staff, the review is for the ownership and Capital Partners of 24 Hour Fitness. It seems they don't give a s*** about up-keep of their gyms anymore. I think all of the investors are waiting to just cash out of their investment and move on to the next big shiny thing. The gym here is so subpar compared to other competitors. I've been to multiple Planet Fitness locations and they are much cheaper and cleaner too. This location barely has any working/stable treadmill machines, how embarrassing. How are you supposed to run a legitimate gym with treadmills that are constantly out of order, tilting over when you take a step, or has a loose belt.My last note about this gym, which is out of the owners control, is how crowded it gets. I have been to literally dozens of 24 Hour Fitness locations around California and other states and this location is by far the busiest I've seen. You're better off in Northridge or Fallbrook to be honest.Circling back to my first point, I can't get over how dirty every single 24 Hour Fitness location is. I think they cut their overhead budget down significantly because it feels like the gyms get cleaned once a month. Even if they're "cleaned," it feels like the crew just does a light cleaning. Again, Planet Fitness is MUCH cleaner and at a cheaper price, how does that even make sense. If you go to this gym anytime after 4:30pm on a weekday, you won't get anything done. I have literally walked out mid-work out because so many machines and benches are being used and I can't get to the next muscle group I want to work. At some point I even wondered if the Fire Marshall were to be called, would they say that the building is over capacity?
