Urgh where should I start with this store. Not only they don't appreciate their customers but they flat out lie overpromising and underdelivering. I was helping my parents with their phone service and they kept providing wrong information. Separately, they play REALLY loud music to a point that you can barely hear when someone speaks.

Worst customer service. The store manager Estafania sat on her chair and ignored me. I went in to pay my cell phone bill. I had cash and the kiosk does not accept cash. The manager Estefania was rude and told me someone will help me . But she just sat there and was sitting on her laptop not helping any other customers.

Went this location & sales named Jon was very detailed & helpful with my phone issue. He went over & beyond great customer service. Hopefully I don’t have to return for a while, but if I do, I hope to have Jon help me or at least someone as nice & knowledgeable as him.

My name is Josephine Walter. I went to the AT&T store on Topanga Canyon Boulevard in Woodland Hills. I had a problem with my receiver on my phone. I didn’t want to buy a new phone. I wanted to keep this phone and Bryant was The representative that helped me out. I want you to know that he was extremely helpful. We tried everything from pricing a new phone to having an a refurbished phone delivered but I was really adamant about keeping my own phone. He referred me to Nelson from the phone spa and I’m gonna be dropping off the phone to him. Nelson will fix it for only $50. I’m so happy I could keep my iPhone 12. Thank you so much Bryant!! You deserve a raise or a promotion! Moreover, the AT&T store in Tarzana didn’t even help me out much didn’t tell me I had insurance didn’t do half of whatever Bryant did!! Thank you! ?

I came in with my 80-year-old mom, an existing AT&T customer who needed to upgrade to a new phone. Alexandria "helped" us and could not have been more unhelpful. She seemed to take zero interest in us and was not treating us in a kind and understanding way. We were asking what the options were to upgrade and she gave us the bare minimum of info which left us asking more and more questions. It was also phrased as if we should know everything already. The expression on her face was completely flat, no personality. After she told us that AT&T doesn't transfer data to new phones anymore and we had to do it on the cloud, my mom looked at me and said, "Do you know how to do that?" While a lot of people may know how to do this, we don't and there was zero compassion when we asked how we were supposed to do it. We got a blank stare. Needless to say we left. We went to Verizon where we were treated much better and got a great deal. They actually cared and explained everything. AT&T lost a customer, but I don't think they will care.

It was time to get a new phone (I dropped mine so many times) and being a long time AT&T customer...I couldn't refuse the great deals and trade in! I have to admit I get pretty nervous when I have to get a new phone...will I lose any photos...will I lose any contacts...will I lose my mind (uh oh; too late) just kidding! AT&T shipped my phone out and it arrived the next day! With an appointment, (though you don't need one) I hightailed it to ATT TOPANGA to have them help me set everything up and return my old phone. I was greeted when I walked into the door...and my name was up on the monitor...finally my name in lights! A staff member helped with the set up and within about an hour (transferring iCloud)! I know I could have done it at home but knowing me when it comes to electronics...I would have pushed the wrong button! They had the iphone case that I saw online and bam I was on my way! The store is large with comfortable seating and I appreciated everyone checking in on me or available if I had a question! So here's a thank you to AT&T! Everyone in there was professional, friendly and helpful and I have a new phone!

"Fix your attitude" Serv*ice :noun assistance or advice given to customers during and after the sale of goods. "Provide better Service" It's always a bad experience coming to this location, the employees seem to be working against their will and treat you poorly.
