I called to ask questions about an order I wanted to place, I was very polite, and for some reason Donna who answered the phone just said they were fully booked in a very rude manner and literally hung up on me while I was talking !!!Horrible service, if you’re looking to print anything I strongly suggest you look elsewhere !!

Badge busters is great. They really helped me with all of my bridesmaids robes. I provided the robes, but they did very nice embroidery on the back, and did it in a very efficient time. Thank you!

I’m sad to leave this review but service was not as expected. The colors of the print was greenish. In the moment of pick up they weren’t that professional to give us an answer about why the quality was poor and the colors were off, and instead of offering to resolve the issue they said the problem was our file. Which is not true and try to rushed us out of the door and saying they are busy. I was planing to print more merchandise with them to help a local business in Woodland Hills, but unfortunately I’ll have to rely on a business who can asure quality and be professional.

I truly wish I could give -5 stars. This printing service is absolutely useless!! do not ask for they're help unless you not only want to tear ur hair out due the the incompetence of the employees but also their extremely over priced prices. Much better to order through an online company like U Printing. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS DUMP! they're horrible i'll mannered manager is going to run the business to the ground. all the employees except the "boss lady" have no basic knowledge on design or printing and it is sad that this business says they can print any sticker u want and exactly how you want it but when they have can't even resize an image without a thousand issue is truly makes me question their quality of service!! The fact that they don't even know what a png file is and what it even means make me feel so lucky that I have even a sliver of common sense! DO NOT GIVE THEM UR TIME AND MONEY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED AND RIPPED OFF!! JUST LET THIS COMPANY GO BANKRUPT. It's what they deserve.
