Don't put your money into this bank... I had a Cashiers Check from Bank of America for $24k and wanted to cash it and they wouldn't do it. Their branch manager, Ghazaleh Saleli, wasn't helpful whatsoever, she explained if I wanted to cash it I'd have to wait a week so they can order the money for me...last I checked a cashiers check is as good as cash and if a bank can't come up with that kind of money and claim it's too much...then I would not feel safe with my money at their establishment.

The worst service ever. Short staff. They have one personnel helping at the window even during the busiest time during the day. Went to wire money around noon and they said there is no banker to help me. Thinking of switching to a different bank.

Went in to close my safety deposit box which they have been hounding me to do for YEARS. One teller working, line growing. I asked if another was going to come out to assist, when I got to the window I asked for a form to close a box, and he said I had to have an appointment to close a box. Mind you he didn't offer to make an appointment for me but I figured I would make it when I got home. When I got home I called the branch listened to the call tree, press "4" to talk to the branch. No answer- no surprise there. SOMEONE ANYONE. Tell me WHAT does the El Camino branch do exactly. They certainly don't do a damn thing as far as this 35 year customer is concerned. The service at the branch on Canoga is SO much better!! Hope your area manager comments I have talked to him before

Worst SERVICE EVER. The nasty lady gives me a lecture on how I can talk to her and then refuses to help me. I've been in line behind two people for half an hour. And her manager says I'm just grateful that Teller comes in after the Covid virus hello that was three years ago. And his branch manager is still kissing the Teller's butt because she shows up for work every day? No wonder their customer service is so bad. I've been with Bank of America since 1962 when I was five years old this experience makes me realize I'm foolish to have any allegiance to this bank.

Stop by to this location this morning 11: 1 5AM, 1 window open and only 3 on the queue, after 15 minutes, queue is getting longer. 7 BOA staff walking around as business as usual. Doesn't bother if the line is getting longer. I caught the attention one lady "Gladys" if she can open another window as customer are anxiously waiting (20 minutes) is unacceptable. She mentioned that the counter will be remodel to due to the window is no longer usable their client. She asked if i have the BOA card so i can do an online process. Why would I go inside if I don the card if I can at the comfort of my home. What excuse she can, not to open the window to cater the rest of us waiting for more than 20 minutes. Is that an excuse to remodel the counter in order for us client wait a little longer? Instead of opening your wide eyes and look why there is a queues . Gladys if your the manager do better for your BOA customer.

This bank always finds a way not to help you. This branch has an officious manager who is never helpful. I have borrowing and depository relations here and every time it's almost impossible to deal with them.

I just had the worst experience with Tai. I needed something notarized, which as per him and his manager they were unable to fulfill. Before we came to this conclusion Tai was demeaning, condescending, and rude. He was getting frustrated because he didn't understand what I was asking for. The bottom line is that I received an I-9 form from my employer stating that it needed to be notarized. As a Bank of America customer, I have used this service they offer in the past and had no issues with this particular form. Tai explained that he didn't have to notarize anything because I have an attitude after I tried to explain what I needed. Maybe he takes things personally regularly but in the business of dealing with people this isn't always the best approach. His threatening tone and response was uncalled for. I explained to him that I am a nurse just trying to get this signed for my upcoming job. Zero empathy or understanding. When the manager came out she explained it to me in a way that was easier to understand. She said here we only notarize signatures, not passports which again is confusing to me because I have gotten this exact form notarized from Bank of America. I totally understand that maybe they couldn't fulfill what I needed done but instead of blaming this on my attitude maybe we could have worked together like we proceeded to do when the manager came out. This was a horrible representation of BOA and it's so disappointing because I have a been a customer for so long.

Definitely look for a community bank or a competitor that cares. Not only does this back profile it's long term valued customers as they did with me, due to my style of dress, BorA doesn't know what customer service is. Went to send a sizeable wire. Required 5 forms of identification. Wire needed to be sent on Friday. Was not sent. But all fees were charged up front. My rep, "S.O.", asked me questions and wanted investment advice. What a joke? Couldnt be more obvious he was profiling me. The long lines and the service quality yuck. Can't wait for crypto to put these places out of business..

Avoid at all costs. Rude rude tellers. Been a BofA customer for 40 years and a stockholder. attitude is directly associated with the leadership. Management should be changed or just turn this bank into all atms

I found the bank to be very professional, and easy to deal with. I have a few accounts there and recently moved from the Tarzana branch. Shahar and Susan were very easy to work with, for wire transfers and setting up a new account. Would recommend them.

I've used this branch for years and the people are always helpful. It does get busy but it serves a wide area. It doesn't matter what my issue is they have tried to help.

I cannot recommend this branch. I have consistently had poor service there. I have had my business account there for years. Today when I tried to open another account, the man who would be the one to do it told me I couldn't without an appointment. He actually argued with another manager when she offered to help me, and he did it in front of me. I was literally the only person in the bank and he refused to help me. Avoid this branch. Not business friendly, or just friendly in general.

We went into this bank everybody in there was rude. Talked to three separate people none of them made an effort to help us. Just directed us to go stand in line at the teller. I would find another bankTo do business with try Chase or Citibank We even spoke to the manager and she didn't seem to care just made silly excuses.

Worst service ever smh they make you feel uncomfortable and the lady sue gave me a hard time to pull out money because I don't have an account. Bank of America issue me a card from them for unemployment due to Covid 19. She kept handing me back my card like 3 times to go to another bank and I kept stating is it an issue to pull out money here since I'm already here! Eventually she let me pull out money but the damage was done I was considering opening an account with them but not anymore Maby it's the area and my ethnicity that she felt the need to dismiss me tryna make me go elsewhere. I think so. Everyone before me was white and she gave them no issue. She didn't ask me what denomination of bills I wanted I was gonna ask but she walk away started the process by that point I just wanted to get the hell out of there. Thanks BOA in hard times like these you sure know how to make people feel bad
