JD is hands down the best banker I've ever dealt with, he is juggling so much even though it's obvious the location needs more man power. Good job!!! Keep it up!!!!

This was my first bank when I moved to LA. They have somehow become so horrible over the years instead of improving. I called the branch today to check on my account and was told that I would have to come in to the branch in person or else be transferred to to 800#. Could not speak to a manager in the branch etc...I'm on hold for 55 minutes with customer service for a simple question. When did banking become so bad. Moving accounts to wells and Chase.

Great branch. Never any lines and everyone is very kind. Have never experienced an issue here or stood in line longer than 5 minutes.

Their automatic check reader ate my check once and they couldn't get it back. No notary and the employees there are unfriendly at best. Go to any other bank location.

I went there today, only to find that this location is only open 10-4 on weekdays. No Saturday hours anymore. I do not understand the logic of this - what bank isn't open until 6 pm when people are on their way home from work? And what bank doesn't have some Saturday hours? I am SO glad I am not a B of A customer. I have a security deposit box here that was obtained about 10 years ago, through someone else who is a long-standing customer who got it for free on a promo deal. Anyhow, whatever, I will have to take a long lunch and drive there again when they're open so I can get what I need out of the box.

Every employee we spoke to have us different information, wasting a lot of our time and ultimately not leading anywhere. We first tried to deposit a tax refund via mobile, which was declined, with no email explaining that it was declined or why it was. We had to call to figure out what the email, which said "adjustment made," meant. Thus, (a), had we not called, we never would have known it was declined in the first place and could have thrown out the check and lost quite a bit of money - why would the email be so ambiguous? And (b) why was there no information as to why it was declined? Over the phone, they told us it was declined since it needed both mine and my husband's signature. I then signed in addition to him, and he went in to the bank to deposit it. At the bank, they said I needed to be there in person as well, not just have my signature, though my husband explained to the teller that I was in the car watching our newborn baby. Again, we were not told that I would have to be there in person over the phone. So we had to wake the baby up and I went in with my husband and the now fussy baby. But, once again, a different teller said we could not deposit our check since I was not on the account, despite my authorization. There were multiple opportunities for various BoA employees to tell us this information, and none did.We thus wasted a lot of time, upset our baby, and were given different information by each of the three BoA employees we spoke to. That level of incongruence is unacceptable. We plan now to transfer our funds to a bank with better employee training and customer service.

Jonathan Gody should not be in the customer service industry. He provides terrible service and does not value anyones time. I came to Bank of America are misplacing my wallet. Jonathan told me " there was no way to access my account without my id" I let him know I only needed $100 and it was an emergency. I had the mobile app, a pic of my id and other bank cards. He said there was nothing he could do for me and I could not make any withdrawals. I later on found out that I was inaccurate information. You can withdraw up to $100 without id. I recently opened a business account at this location which now I'm thinking about closing. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience.

Abysmal. Walked in to see about opening a new business account. Sat for a few minutes in the office waiting area since no one was around. An Asian gentleman, who I assumed to be a manager of some sort, asked if I needed help in a very curt and rude way. I told him what I was there for and he literally LAUGHED in my face and said sarcastically with an eye-roll, "Uhhh, no, you need to make an appointment online." Then scoffed and walked away. Truly insulting and disrespectful. Anyway, Wells Fargo down the street accommodated me within the hour. Little did that BOA branch know I was bringing them a 6 figure account. It bothered me so much that I actually went back the next week and closed out my personal account (of 18yrs). F*ck these guys. Bank ANYWHERE else.

The amount of incompetence I've seen here is beyond me. We came to open an account, pretty simple thing you would think...the woman who was helping us didn't have a clue what is going on. The manager was helpless and clueless. We walked away without any help or support for this dream team ;(We started our online application and the only thing we had to do was to confirm our identity's. They could not help us with that . (Didn't have a clue how to)

Most unprofessional B of A in the country. Had an appointment at 10am right before work. Figured it would not take long at all since it was just a notary visit. Got in 5 minutes early and saw the notary was helping someone in her office. As time went by I couldn't help hear their conversation, which consisted of the customers vacation trip, his real estate investments, and a bunch of other random conversations. Start getting frustrated because it seemed like they were talking just about everything minus his business there. Finally 30 minutes later she walks out to tell me their computer is down. Really?!?! You couldn't have told me that anytime sooner?!?! Now I'm late for work and my trip there was in vain. Total waste of my time

I hate to even give it as much as a one star review. The tellers go out of their way to make it as inconvenient as possible, and they refused to do the simplest things. I couldn't even get a form for direct deposit form. The tellers are lazy and do as little as possible, and I catch them lying all the time about their policies. It's an awful place..

Waited in line patiently. Walked up to the teller where a lady just left from. Instead of a hello mam I'm closed at the moment, she snarly says. "IM CLOSED"I was in shock as to how rude she said it. I said, "well hello to you too" and went back in line. Gave it a 2 star because of the teller who did help me was a little nicer. So to the rude teller CAROLINA, next time a simple hello would have sufficed instead of a rude welcoming. You guys need to do better In training and making your customers who bank with you feel welcomed.
