The worst! I walk in the line is CRAZY long! There is only one teller working wth? It's quitting time and everyone wants to do their banking after work, so not only did we all have a long work day now I have to stand in line all night! To top it off this lady Bella asks everyone in line what they are here for to see if she can help them and conveniently didn't ask me...she asked three people who got in line behind me smh...I'm done with this sorry excuse for a bank!

This institution has fallen far below the greatness they enjoyed decades ago. Now it is replete with discrimination and scripted answers which completely ignore the importance of a carefully nurtured (over time) client/customer relationship. I have been a customer of B of A for 36 years, despite the extensive evidence of B of A's age-related discrimination, and deliberate lack of rapport with lifelong customers. But I feel I may need to finally get rid of this lame institution that was once Bank Of America. My experience today with the manager of the day, Bella, (unprofessional, insulting, and condescending,) and her dutiful drone, Ashley, (snide, and unhelpful,) exemplifies everything that is wrong with B of A. This once-proud financial institution now promotes a classless environment and rewards those who have no consideration for the customer/client relationship. They have no soul. And B of A happily trains them that way. Imagine that: a once-great company reduced to simple scripts, innuendo, discrimination, and apathy. Who woulda thunk. Avoid this place. And if you are unfortunate enough to find yourself stuck there and at their mercy, withdraw your funds, close your account, and go elsewhere. You're welcome. (A word to the minders at Yelp: I have removed the material that you presumed to be too offensive and have left a fairly pointed and accurate review which highlights everything I found positive about my experience.)

Slow service. Only 1 teller with a long line and people standing around. Pat attention as teller miscounted and left out $100. When I asked he got defensive. Terrible service

Rude, inconsiderate females you have working here. For a BANK OF AMERICA in the city of WOODLAND HILLS you really chose the worst of the worst possible bank tellers. These girls act as if they are doing me a favor by helping me. As if its a chore to be helping me while they are at WORK ? Also, me being a bank of america customer pays their paychecks. If you own or manage this bank, you should 100% look into your rude and lazy employees. I understand its Saturday, but don't be at work if you're going to give attitude and be disrespectful to customers. Plenty of other bank of americas i would rather make the drive to instead of coming back here, which i am NEVER doing. Now i see why you have 3 stars on yelp. Im pretty surprised you have more than one. Disgusting behavior.

This ATM doesn't have shelter. If going on a rainy day you will definitely get wet even if you have an umbrella. They recently modified these ATM and they are more user friendly when compared to older ones. Sometimes you may need to wait a little longer as there may be good rush. Now these ATM processes request very quick.

CHECK YOUR DEPOSIT RECEIPTS Went to BOA Canoga Ave WHLLS today to pay my mortgage and make a deposit. Transaction #s 00078, 00080 and T00081D - Last one reimbursed me the missing money- I reviewed my new balance while still at the window and realized the amount of the deposit was short. Margaret, theTeller, made a deposit of $134 instead of $334 She had attitude the whole transaction, which lasted more than 20 minutes when I was in a hurry to return to work Blamed the computer telling her to deposit less money Garbage in, garbage out. She input $200 less of the amount I gave her She acted like nothing happened. No apology. Sorry for the delay, robbing $200 from your account... NOTHING. Manager walking around overhearing us but decided not to interact Lack of manners and skills to do the job. Horrible Customer Service ! B E V E R Y C A R E F U L

One star because nothing less is allowed... I've been a customer using this Warner Center branch since 1974. Recently remodeled, they've eliminated customer service for the individual. Nice, new EMPTY cubicle offices and no tellers to speak of. Today I was 4th in line for one of two tellers during the busy "end of day" between 4-6pm. One teller took a break, so my wait time exceeded 45 minutes. The line stretched the length of the new lobby and I counted 4 other customers giving up and leaving. I approached an idle office person sitting in her new cubicle and explained my frustration. She told me that their manager's focus was not on customer service, rather only the business community. That said it all. The manager was not available to pursue this. Thanks B of A, you've shown your true colors. I won't go back and strongly suggest the same strategy for others.

This has been my bank since I was 16 but have not been back here for a long time. As pic shows it's under remodeling. There is usually a long line as they don't have enough tellers during busy hours (my experience today since I came in at two different times). The staff there are professional and for the most part very helpful and friendly. I will continue coming back here, especially since my safe deposit box is at this location. Seemed like there were some new staff members so hopefully things will continue to get better with the remodel.

So ridiculous I used their drive thru atm to make a payment on my card, it took my money and did not credit to my account . I made a report by calling and they said it would take 10 days to credit - it has now been almost a month and it's so hard to contact anyone I'm always on hold for an hour so ridiculous that I have to actively fix what is THEIR problem. So frustrating

Seriously, a long line and only one teller window open???? How about fewer people selling crap and more people helping those in line

I am a mall emplyee that comes to this B of A on a weekly for change for our registers. Today was christmas eve so the bank was closing early and due to that the line was a bit longer than usual. The manager on duty was going down the line seeing how she could be of assistance to customers before they got to the teller, when an elderly man started yelling at her that he was simply trying to pay off his card and everyone at this location was trash. The woman getting yelled at answered him sweetly and kept moving along dealing with the situation in a very professional manner. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instesd of 5 is in hopes that the bank is better staffed and prepared on other holidays. However as someone in the customer service industry I will say old people need to either catch up with the times and pay online or stay in their lane and be nice to the people servicing them.

The worse branch in Woodland Hills area. Every single time I come here I wait for at least 30 mins to get serviced. They only had 1 teller working today. Then another came later. No one seems to work at this branch. Everyone works behind the desk, either in business or home loans but no one can help their customers. I am really an unsatisfied customer of this branch. It gives Bank of America a bad name and no one fixes it.

First chance I get I'm canceling my account with B of A. I was robbed. My car broken into and everything stolen; wallet, cards, everything! Had to get my car fix. Went to the bank they wouldn't give me any of my money!!! I had to wait for my debit card to come in or had to have an ID. Again everything was stolen. They wouldn't let me have access to my own money even though I could give them all my account info, I had my social and a student ID. I was lucky I had a passport. I just moved so it was still boxed up. I had to go back home and find it. The staff was terrible and basically sent me away. They said they could maybe give me a couple hundred. I love that I had to argue to get my own money and then had to abide by their ridiculous requirements. Social security number, login info and picture ID was more than enough to confirm my identity.
