Sadly, your response is a deflection with no accountability. Still no customer service. The Ink was already in place at the time of my redo and NOT replaced for me - however, if it was replaced at the time of my initial concern it would not have been declined. Additionally, if you would have taken the time to inquire as to how they originally arrived at their destination you would have known. . Mask or not, the words spoken were as if you were speaking to a child - your body language and the way my hands were handled and the time of printing were all abrupt. As for not recharging me -WHY would you?! Did you offer any compensation? My time, extended delay, gas, postage, or guarantee of services? Fingerprint cards done here - I mentioned they were super light and felt they wouldn't be accepted, but he replied "I've been doing this for quite a while" Low and behold my fingerprints got declined! Had to make another trip! No apology, he was abrupt when we redoing my fingerprints and seemed quite annoyed. Now my process is delayed! I'll pay postage again, wait for delivery and then wait for approval. Definitely would NOT recommend this place...ZERO customer service.

Got a passport photo done here. Sent in my application for my passport and after 3 months of waiting, the department of state sent me a letter back saying the image from my chin to the top of my head was too big so it was rejected.I call Box it plus back to see if I could get another photo done for free since I paid for a faulty one and the owner told me that they never make mistakes and that I should question the passport agency. He said that they were still a business and are not handing out free passport photos since they have to pay for the passport photo paper. Now I have to go somewhere else, pay for a passport photo, send it back in, wait another 3 months without traveling. Kinda frustrating. I can't imagine that passport paper is breaking the bank.I have rented 2 uhauls from him. Everything went fairly smoothly except I paid for a dolly and he told me it was stolen a few weeks prior and that he would do me the favor of refunding me for the dolly rental, but I was left without a dolly. I feel like that could have been updated on the rental site before I banked on having that.He is a nice man who seems like he is truly working hard to run a successful business, but this was a bad business practice. This is probably a one-off experience. Maybe I didn't explain it right or I caught him on a bad day. He can probably get your passport photo done right, but he was unempathetic towards my situation.He gave off the impression that I was lying to get a free passport photo. Probably won't be going back for any more u-hauls or other services.

I drove 15 minutes on a hot business day. Paid for the meter and walked up the stairs. Knocked the door for 5 minutes and no response or notice of absence. This is not acceptable.

I rented a vehicle from this location. The location closed early - before the posted time. I accidentally left a personal item in the vehicle and left a message for them immediately. No response. When I tried to retrieve it later, they said they threw it out and were simply rude about it. This is a mailbox facility. Go to a real U-Haul if you want better customer service.(edited version after the owner's reply: This review was not about the quality of the product I rented or my personal property the business threw away. It's about the disrespect and lack of courtesy displayed to customers. The tone and attitude of the owner's reply says it all.)

After a recent move, my incoming mail needed a service more intuitive than just the typical Post Office box set up and here is where Box it Plus and Steven came to the rescue!Visiting this well oiled business ran by Steven is a breath of fresh air and not something I was used to seeing in a long time. Steven knows his business and you know immediately you’re in good hands after meeting him. Expect military precision and know your requests will be handled promptly, expertly and with the upmost care. In return, I know Steven would want the same respect from us clients, which means show up when you say you will and provide the same respect he has for all of his clients.5 stars all the way!!!

I needed a Live Scan for an upcoming work assignment and Box It Plus was open on the weekend and able to accommodate me. The gentleman who runs Box It Plus was knowledgeable about Live Scan requirements and clearly walked me through the procedure.

Steven (Stephen?) is efficient and friendly. I reached out at 1:45 pm needing a live fingerprint scan, and he was able to fit me in at 2:30 pm. He was knowledgeable about the particulars of this tedious process and went above and beyond to make sure that my prints were high quality so that they would be accepted by the government. Glad to have found this business and will certainly be back should I need any other services. Covid safe. Owner wore a mask and let me know that I would be required to as well when I called to make my appointment.

The uhaul representative was very disrespectful and aggressive when I came to the desk. The final amount of surcharge was inaccurate and when I called them, they continued to subvert the topic and give useless details. In addition, they had a Freudian slip on saying they don’t change mileage to make some extra cash when I didn’t say that. But now it’s making me curious if that’s what occurred. It’s too bad they couldn’t be more professional and find a resolution for some miscalculations.Thanks,

Person that answered the door was rude and demanded me to pull my mask up while he is not wearing a mask! If you’re going to tell someone to pull up someone’s mask make sure you are wearing one.
