Best sushi. Eating Bristol farm sushi for 25 years never changed. I was so good. Specially poke sushi and sashimi is so fresh and delicious with their very secret sauce. I go there every month at least

This is (maybe was) my favorite store to shop at; that is until they decided to allow I think it's Amazon reps to come and push those ridiculous AI shopping carts at customers every time we walk in! It's become so uncomfortable to go there now! Shame

I needed a last minute arrangement due to a client losing a family member. I contacted Danny who was so helpful and he connected me with Rosemary. She was able to put a beautiful arrangement together for my client. Thank you Rosemary and Dannikins!

Today is Christmas Eve and the store was busy. The young girl at the bakery - squeaky voice - Santa hat- accused me of stealing. I carry a grocery bag to do my shopping. Apparently she assumed it was for stealing items. Asking me if I'm going to pay for the item I just put in. After I'm done with my shopping I said. She then squeaked something at me about " my fucking bag" I don't think someone trying to steal would ask an employee at the counter for a refrigerated item not on the shelf. Terrible way to treat someone.

Usually love this market and their prepared foods section, especially the poke bar is delicious and a great option for quick fresh healthy meals. We go often. However, recently I picked up a large sushi platter (about $50) for my family and the rice was dry, hard, and old, not properly seasoned sushi style and the fish just was meh. Lesson learned. Also no ginger or wasabi given in large $50 sushi platter... what's up with that? Should have gone back and returned it but it was a cold rainy night and we were already settled in for the evening.

Bristol Farms came through and offered a full refund for the inconvenience. No questions asked. This is how a high-end grocery chain should be ran. Kudos to Corporate and Management for appreciating a good customer with a pad issue.

So just going to preface that i am a private chef and i can shop at any grocery store i want for my clients. I choose to shop at Bristol Farms exclusively for the bulk of my groceries because there are people like Warner and Lee greeting me in the morning in produce, Eddie and Steven in the butcher department for always recommending the best cuts for the recipes i am cooking for that week, and then the Swiss Army knife Francisco in dairy who is always happy to drop everything he is doing and help me find whatever it is i need. Overall this store makes it friendly to shop in and easy to go to because of the people Jack put strategically in place all around the store. God bless Bristol Farm Fam. You guys make my day better every time i go in!

I visited Bristol Farms Woodland Hills for the first time last week, and I was very impressed by their selection and quality of products. They have a friendly and helpful staff, a clean and organized store, and a variety of specialty foods and beverages to choose from. I especially enjoyed their salad bar happy hour, where I got a delicious and fresh salad for a great price. They also have a hot food bar with different cuisines, a bakery with mouth-watering pastries, and a sushi department with authentic and tasty sushi. I also noticed that they have a wine, beer, and spirits section, as well as a coffee, juice, and smoothie bar. I will definitely come back to try more of their offerings and to buy some of their gourmet and organic groceries. Bristol Farms Woodland Hills is a gem in the neighborhood, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality and satisfying shopping experience..

ATTN MANAGER: First, I love Bristol Farms. I love the ready made section, salad bar, etc. I am a huge sushi fan, but I have to say I, I have been quite disappointed with the sushi department at Bristol Farms, and it has everything to do with the rice. Today makes the 4th time that I have eaten the sushi and have been disappointed every time! At first at I thought maybe it was an off day, but it's been every time! You really have to do something about the rice in the sushi- have you had it? It tasted like old stale rice and that is not acceptable, especially from Bristol Farms. Everything else, including quality of the fish is up to par, but the rice just makes the whole experience unpleasant, and it's an easy fix! Please address this!

Bristol Farms is one of the best places to shop in the Valley and Los Angeles. The cleanliness, selection, service and quality is unmatched. An awesome place to get holiday food! This is a go to for many on Thanksgiving and winter holidays. They also offer pre made packaged fresh Thanksgiving food to buy. They have a fantastic bakery, cakes and cookies. A full aisle of individual cold drinks. A beautiful fruit and vegetable selection. One of the best cheese selections. Amazing fresh soups and sandwiches made for you. Nice salads to go. A great large indoor seating area. Which is perfect when I buy a quick dinner there and want to eat now! Beautiful flowers! However for the big holidays like Thanksgiving try to come early because they were selling out on flowers! A big wellness selection too! There's a coffee cafe too so you really have everything in one stop.

The only reason for not giving this place a 5 star is the fact that sometimes the deli there could be a bit slow which becomes an issue if you're there to get a sandwich during your lunch break. On the other hand they only cost $5 to build your own, with lots of options to choose from. If I rated this place solely on cookies though it would be a 5 star no questions asked. Their cookie is the best cookie in LA by far. It is so delicious. Salty, sweet, warm, chocolaty, moist and crunchy all at once. What is not to like? They are HUGE. Great to take to a friend or family's house to walk in empty handed. A sweet desert for everyone to enjoy. Always a hit.
