We worked with Kinsley Carnahan. She's fantastic, knowledgeable, accessible, very responsive and knows how to get things done. We used her as our tenant placement agent and property manager before the sale and knew she would be in consideration for the broker spot if we decided to sell. She killed the sale.

Tom and Kinsley were very professional and organized. They met with us to plan the sale in terms of pricing and some touch up work to be done on the property before it was put up for sale. They also did virtual staging which we thought was an excellent idea. They made the process of selling the condo so seamless and easy and the offer we received was more than the asking price. The condo sold in just a few days. Whenever we had any questions both Tom and Kinsley were quick to respond. I couldn't recommend more strongly to anyone who is selling a property to use the services of Tom and Kinsley. If the time comes that I want to sell my house they would certainly be my first choice. 5 out of 5 stars for sure.

Tom, Kinsley, John, and Doreen make a great team! Tom's great knowledge and experience balances well with Kinsley's energetic and forthright approach to taking care of business. John's ability to effectively manage projects and trades was appreciated. Doreen's accounting was always spot on. The four of them were always ahead of the game in managing AND selling my rental property. Having worked with many contractors and realtors over the past 40 years, the Carnahans are in the top 1% in my book! Their upfront communication regarding issues needing attention along with the professional way they were handled always impressed me. It's my pleasure to highly recommend them!

I don't really write reviews but I had to make it a point to let others aware of the lack of communication between the people that work there and the invasion of privacy I had to experience because of it. I gave my notice to vacate 1 month in advance but a few days before I was to leave people came into my home a couple of times without my knowledge. I realized this because they locked both the locks and I usually only lock the bottom. I didn't have much in the house but the fact that someone was able to enter my home while I was out was very unacceptable and unprofessional and stressful. What type of business are they running if there are not communication between the company to allow such mistakes? There are other issues which I haven't gotten into like asking for things to be fixed and they just ignore it unless its something crucial. They never addressed the other issues I brought to their attention.

I'll start by saying that I never write reviews. But Carnahan Property Management has been such an efficient, effectual, and most importantly low maintenance property management service that I felt compelled to submit one. Their communication is always timely and productive. They get multiple quotes for any necessary repairs at the property, while responding to any pending queries/issues I might have within hours. They are a full-service property management company, and any rental property owners that are like me and just want to know that someone is taking excellent care of their home/apt/condo will not be disappointed by the reasonable management fees and high-level expertise Carnahan Property Management consistently provides to their clientele. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends, family and anyone else searching for a competent and professional property management company. Brannon Spaulding

Great company! I've worked with Kinsley and her husband John for a few years now. I have been more than pleased! During Covid when the "no eviction" moratorium started I found them. They got me though what could have been a potential disaster! Now we have lovely renters! Owning a property 1000 miles away has its challenges. I am confident with their hands on service and attention to detail that my property is well taken care of.

Kinsley helped with a rental recently. She was dishonest about availability of a rental unit, made promises she didn’t keep in her communication and wasted time and money leading on for the potential to rent. Really disappointing, I would give ZERO stars if possible.

We have had rental properties for a few years and managed them successfully until May 2020 when in one of homes, the renters skipped paying rent and without notification, moved out and left the house in disrepair! Since we live out of state, we realized we need help. We contacted Carnahan Property Management and met Kinsley Carnahan. We decided having a property manager was in our best interest and we realized we needed “boots-on-the-ground” to get the property back to it’s previously loved condition and get a new tenant vetted and under contract. Kinsley understood that we were out May’s rent and soon June. She got to work immediately and we overnighted keys to the house. She changed the locks and quickly assessed the damages, and walked us through the house using video and pictures. She came up with a plan and options. She supervised the clean-up and repair. We are pleased with the drywall and floor repairs, painting, and new carpet and garage door repair. The yard and patio was cleaned up. Kinsley showed the house to 40 potential renters and kept us in the loop as the field narrowed to an applicant who was looking for a long-term rental.We couldn’t have done it this quickly without a property manager in our corner. We look forward to continuing this relationship with Carnahan Property Management and Kinsley Carnahan.
