“The floors are beautiful, the pricing was amazing, the work was done in a neat and timely manner. We love the quality of both the work and the product--down to the reinstalling of the baseboards. The crew worked around our busy household with friendliness. The whole operation was all good, all top-notch. But the thing that stood out to me--and the reason we chose Flooring 101 was Michael Rossi, the store's manager. His manner, was relaxed, confident and patient with my many questions and concerns. I felt comfortable, listened to, seen and valued. That's what kept me coming back to this store as I narrowed down which flooring store I would ultimately choose. We've dealt with a lot of flooring issues and flooring companies in the past, and this Flooring 101 store--and Michael Rossi in particular--have earned our respect, our trust, our business and our utmost recommendation.”

Dan is awesome!”
