Been with chase since it was Washington mutual. Over 30 years. Deposited cashiers check sat though it’s all good. When I left I see lady put hold till September 5. About ten days. I called customer care sat they said don’t worry Monday funds will be there. Well today I checked nothing. I called the call center in some other country and a supervisor said nothing she can do. I said you should make some of the funds available and they didn’t. Didn’t even let me escalate to anyone else.

I have dialed the number provided on Chase’s website. An automated message is what one is presented with. The option to be assisted by someone inside the branch and or a live representative, is nonexistent!

90% of the people that work here that I have encountered have been so incredibly rude. I am sure they would much rather be elsewhere doing other things but I promise you that there are plenty of people out there who are really needing a job right now that would be happy to take over their position. it’s amazing how cold people can be not a smile to be had or any form of warmth for such a facing job. Today was officially the last time I ever go into that location.

Bad service. The lady name somehow like Elizabeth seem like a supervisor of customer service but I came the three time for just one simple my service but she almost can’t help me anything even she said almost closing in 1 hour then she not serve. Ussually any of my service she say she need a call, take much my time, seem like racism also, even lazy!Chase Bank doesn’t need customers any more. Any branch of chase now Ussually serving like that. I will change my bank soon!

Chase Bank would not allow my elderly father withdraw his money because his phone does not receive text messaged from the bank. It was very much a challenge to even get there in the first place. Once this mess is straighten out we are closing all accounts associated with chase

Is there anything less than a one star I may give them. This particular branch was closed for remodeling for quite some time. I thought I would give them a try and see if the service was also new and improved. It was not! Long lines and two tellers. One actually working and the other just standing at his post. Terrible. I left and thankfully made it to a different branch to get good and quick service. The good news is there is one of those fancy atm's if you can handle your own business. Nice job on the remodel, however they missed the mark on having tellers move the line better. Disappointing for sure.

Absolutely terrible service. Came in at around 4:25 pm to open a college checking out. Lady looked at the clock for quite a while told me I required my state issued ID, my original copy of my Social Security, and a letter of admission to my college or a college ID card. I’m concurrently enrolled in college and highschool, in online school. There’re obviously no ID’s being issued right now as campus is closed and being a community college no letter of admission is issued. Went to 2 other locations and they said I simply need two forms of ID no mention of them being from the college. Clearly utter laziness on their part making up blatant lies simply to get out of work. The bank closes at 5:00 pm not 4:30 lady!!! If you don’t want to do your job don’t pretend to want to.

This bank f****** sucks how could you move without leaving a notice on the place as to where your at , to top it off the atms are disconnected why not leave them active for a while until customers get accustomed to your shitty change , now I have to go out my way to go further out to another bank .. f*** y'all

They don't disclose fees, the bank sometimes just closes with no explanation nor warning during business hours. They don't pay interest. I don't get why they even exist. Internet Based Banks have better customer service, lower fees, more polite. They don't have good mortgage rates either.
