I've been Citibank customer for almost 10 years. From my experience the biggest problem of this financial institution is a lack of branches. But overall I'm more than happy. No complaints. This particular facility is clean with friendly workers. The location is beautiful. It's next to Topanga Village and Westfield.

One. I literally created my PIN number online yesterday so that I could use the ATM today to make a payment & for whatever reason, my PIN number isn't working at the ATM. Which is annoying but whatever it's fine. I'm leaving a one star review because when I went to speak w/ one of the bankers to make a payment on my credit card they said that they don't take cash & if I wanted to use cash I'd have to use the ATM...Since when can you not hand a bank employee cash?!?!? I'm literally so f****** confused & even more annoyed.& they said they couldn't help me with my PIN number issue. Wtf is the point of having a whole had bank w/employees inside if they're not going to help you do shit?Make it make sense.

This Location is horrible. I’m a new Customer and needed help inside the branch. The branch manager on duty told me she was too busy to help me TODAY! as if what I needed help with was not important. What happened to customer service. She was not helpful. She told me to call some number which she never gave me. She walked off and began helping someone else. The line was long with only one teller open. The other Customers seemed annoyed also. The way I was treated, I will definitely be looking for another bank. You should as well if your considering this bank. SMH

After reading so many bad reviews -- I want to correct the record. I have been a Citibank member for many years since Citigroup took over Cal Fed in 2002. I was first at the Tarzana, CA branch and now this one. I have had only excellent service and wonderful friendly tellers. Thank you Citibank!

I had originally given a 1 star review, but I came back in today giving this bank another shot, and as my review is clearly indicative of, I couldn't be happier. Amazing dude. Helpful, friendly, and honest. Quick process, listened to my concerns, and answered all questions. How a true professional conducts themselves. I am now a happy client, all thanks to George's approach today.

Citibank is not the place to put your money or ask for credit. I have the Citi / Costco Visa credit card. I want to increase my credit limit for a large purchase. They refuse to increase or make any changes to my current credit line. I have an 800 + credit score and no late payments! I will find another bank to use for my future credit card purchases.

Ok so I've been with Citi for over 10 years! I recently had fraud because they seem to not be able to identify fraudulent activity after being reported by me every month and have a new card sent to me every month! (ridiculous)They cancelled my card and they informed me They would order me a new one however they forgot. Finally I get everything figured out to have the teller just give me an even harder time. She said she had to manually enter my profession my security question because my California ID was not enough. I was pulling out a small amount of cash since Citi had left me without a debit card. Honestly, with city I've learned to love ATMs every time I go in to the actual branch it's a nightmare. I'm in the process of looking for a new bank the only hesitation is moving all of my set-up payments. I've just about had it. I'm waiting to have some free time to switch banks.

Over 25 mins and counting for info on my checking and savings account is NOT acceptable. No wonder they pay you to transfer money into their bank.

I walked in to open a business account at this branch and wrote my name on the waiting list. After no one greeted me, I stepped up to look for the business specialist. She was talking to a coworker and told me she will be right with me. I sat there for another 5 min and a guy walked in the bank and went straight to the business specialist. She let him know I was next, but still helped him out and kept me waiting... I finally had enough and stood to leave, she starts yelling "sir" "sir" behind me like I had done something wrong. Be professional lady, this is not your Iran, you cannot play favoritism. There are policy and procedures you need to follow.... There is a reason Chase took over clown banks like this one.

Absolute worst branch, I really really dislike Citi bank and their practices but this branch goes above and beyond being horrible at their jobs the tellers are very rude and take their sweet time or there will be one teller working and two more on the side sitting chatting not helping anyone while there's a line of more then 5 people If I could give negative stars I would

I wish I could give less than a star to Citi bank, it's like they are in 90's Era, the banker George Rugel took us our application to open a business account on Friday and said it will be ready by Tuesday as Saturday Sunday is off and it will take 2 days for bank to process the application for business account, after Tuesday I got to check with him to know about the progress of the application and he says he checks his email only once when he logs in finally after total of 6 days they still need additional 2 days for my application to finish. I would suggest anyone who wants to open an account go to wellsfargo bank they made my account with the temporary debit cards within 20mnts
