Right in the midst of traveling, I had an emergency and I had to cash a check for $5000 and they denied service to me because they said we can't cash anything over 2500 which is not true. The reason was we have to have money for our customers. Now let me remind you this is a Saturday at 11:45 just like 15 minutes before closing. No matter what I said and the situation that explain Oscar the teller still rejected me then I had to drive an additional 30 minutes to go to another Comerica branch and they cash the check without any hesitation if you have to visit a Comerica location visit other locations and not the one in Woodland Hills at the Warner Center and if you do avoid seeing Oscar.

The staff at this branch is amazing. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever I step into this branch I feel like as I'm at home. Like I mentioned the staff is awesome

We have been using this bank for many, many years, for personal and business accounts. The people who work there have always been friendly, professiona, and helpful. We never had to wait in lines. We recommend Comerica Bank.

First I would like to say Comerica is a GREAT bank but I just had the worst customer service I have EVER had, I will NEVER step foot in this branch as long as Patrice O'Connell is the manager there. She is rude and lazy!!! 20 min till closing and she couldn't be bothered to do a wire transfer for me cause it was too close to closing time, well excuse me but it wasn't closing time yet how about showing some customer service and doing your job but she was to busy looking at the clock so she can leave work!!! Lazy Lazy Lazy

Managers name is Art. This is the most unprofessional bank/business I've ever seen. Art does not know how to do his job or help people. I've seen him raise his voice and get mad at customers while the customer stays calm. I've even seen him call police and security on a customer just because he was getting frustrated with her. I don't think a manager should be allowed to threaten or shout at his customers in the bank. If this continues somebody might sue Comerica. This guy needs to be fired.

I love the manager. She is the coolest person on the face of the Earth. She is the exact person you hope to come across at your bank and get to know. She is herself, funny, awesome, and efficient. She is, unlike most women, confident in herself and her abilities; and therefore, knows how to compliment another woman and she's genuine. She is the kind of person I would want to be friends with. I signed up for two new bank accounts in a record amount of time. The manager is all about cutting out all the b******** Usually, bankers love to see my statements and assets and tell me to bring them in under the guise of wanting to see if they could offer me more or better. They're just nosey motherfuckers. They are usually male bankers who do that s**** as if women are not the intuitive gender. Anyway, I love Comerica and it is the best bank EVERRRR.

The website for this bank is a huge a pain in the butt! However the five stars is for the Mortgage guy Artin. He was extremely helpful in getting my Heloc set up. He answered all my questions and was always patient and available.
