Thank you Marie for your excellent service! We came here looking for a specific item. She went out of her way to help us out and look up items on the computer for us. It made us feel good to be treated so well. Customer service is honestly so rare these days, and she went above and beyond for us!

I give one star for the associates who work in the store they are efficient and pleasant . Crate and barrels return policy is ridiculous . I had a microwave and they had to test it to take it back because it was used . How amI supposed to know if it works well without using it ? So instead of taking my word it was an hour ordeal . Never ever again . The manager was abrupt and rude .

Horrible!!! horrible!!!!I’ve recently moved to Woodland Hills but have purchased before in Pasadena. Pasadena is amazing! The staff is friendly and welcoming. Woodland Hills is nothing but people who are not helpful and discriminate (mainly customer service department). I ordered a dinning table set that got delivered damaged and when I let them know and had proof of what their own delivery people noted they didn’t care. They offered me 15% discount which didn’t even cover a chairs price. Mind you this store is pricey so you obviously want and expect top notch service and quality. Because of their customer service department I will not be buying from C&B anymore. I won’t mention names but I’ve spent over 15k at C&B and this situation has just left me with a bad taste.

Due to a supposed “glitch” one of the items I ordered was not available. Unbeknownst to me, as when I opened the master pack there was only one small item inside, not two. While waiting for the item after a return trip, Jeanette said it would be shipped instead to my house, maybe in 5-7 days. No compensation, no attempt to make it right and recognize my wasted time, gas, and aggravation. I live 25 mins away from this location.

If you find yourself in need of furniture you’d be foolish not to see if Rasheeda is available to help you. She’s the assistant store manager and it’s easy to tell why because she was incredibly helpful and patient in helping furnish our new place. Would go out of my way to go to this location again simply because of her customer service.

Love the store and purchase here all the time. However, the one time I tried to take a metal pizza peel that I had purchased for my husband (not realizing we had already had one), they accused me of having used it before and refused to refund me. 100% never used it. Not to mention that I would never even attempt something like that. Showed them that sticker would have been freaking burnt if I had but nope. I was upset but still purchased $400 worth of towels. When I walked out and looked at the other pizza peels at the store, they all looked the same!!! All of them had streaks on them. The older man sales person and female blonde manager were so disrespectful. I tried to find them to show them but those two completely disappeared or were hiding. So ridiculous.

Been to this location many times. My wife’s favorite place. Most of our living room, bedroom and kitchenware are from here. My wife told me to pick up a rug. Got to the store and texted her the space number. After waiting for about 20 minutes I went in just to make sure and sweet cashier paged the person in charge again. Went back to my car for another 10 minutes. I was about to go back in that saw a bald man walking towards me. First he asked if I’m there to pick up a rug and after I said yes he replied “I texted you to park in the back” I told him that I’m sorry but I didn’t get anything and he may have texted my wife who ordered the rug. With a very RUDE attitude he said “ I DONT CARE, JUST PARK IN THE BACK” and walked away ( I even looked for parking for 10 minutes so I would be close to the front door when I got there). You would expect this type of reaction from a store in downtown or somewhere but not from Crate & Barrel in Woodland Hills!! I don’t know if he was having a bad day but that was not the right way to talk to a customer. Very disappointed!

Haven’t been to a store in over 10 years. Just verified my gift cards that ar me 10 and 20 years old and the staff was friendly and welcoming in doing so. The prices seem more reasonable than I recall too.

We wanted to love this brand and place until they turned out to the worst places ever for us, we moved to our new place and ordered most of our furnitures from them including sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs, upon ordering it showed that that the ETA For chairs are 5 month later and the table will be ready in two months, one month after they kept delaying and giving new dates for chair, the table was ready they called charged our credit card and scheduled the delivery 4 months ago, on the day of delivery they called and canceled the delivery, i had to call costumer service rescheduled for two weeks later, same thing happened, this happened 4th time and they cancelled on us the date of the delivery, after multiple calls and emails we went to the store the person who helped is edwin, he stated that they were cancelling because the table was defective but they were rescheduling the same table that’s why it was happening constantly so we have to place a new order for you!!! This took them teo month to figure out what was happening and instead of offering us cooperation and delivering tje chairs which were ready and letting us to choose another option they forced us to place another order for the same table. Gain after 3 month from this i am receiving new emails that the table has been delayed another 5 weeks!! We have been living in our new place without a dining table for 6 months and they keep delaying and sending nonsense excuses! The costumer service in Woodlandhills is the worst, I wish i knew how hungry this ppl are for taking money and giving you nothing but excuses.In response to to your reply,I have been calling this phone number thousand times and nobody could help me, at the end store told me that we have placed the order in the store we need to follow up everything in person in the store because they do not have information about orders!!! Excuse you, if the costumer care doesn’t help then who should??!!! Very disappointingI have told my friends and whoever I know to stay away fromordering items that are not in stock because it might take forever , they even told us that there were ppl who order a sofa and it has been over a year that they still haven’t received the item!! To make our situation looks better!!!

Been shopping at C&B for a while both online and in store. We sometimes return items and exchange them but never had any issues. Until today. I walked in there with a shopping cart because I had a few items I wanted to return. I was greeted by a gentleman at the front and I think he name was Josh. He notified me immediately that shipping cards are not allowed but said he would help me unload my stuff at the register which he did but when he saw the rug he said a manager has to come and approve it. The manager, Rashida, didn't even look at the rug. She said no we can't return it because it's outside of the 30 day return policy. I said no it's not. She said why are are returning it and I said because it sheds and our 2 month old infant son got pieces of it stuck in his nose and couldn't breath. She said: whoever sold it to you should have told you it's not a kids rug. I said we bought it online and on the website it SPECIFICALLY said it's a kids rug.She said if you bought it online we definitely cannot return in the store, AND "you should have known that it's a wool rug and wool rugs shed, everyone knows that. She repeated that 3 more times and after the 3rd time, I finally confessed, I'm stupid and don't know that wool rugs shed. She immediately walked it back and walked away. She was completely unwilling to help, rude and condescending.After she left Josh came back with another employee. He opened up the rug, rerolled it perfectly, took out all of my items and returned them promptly. While he was doing that, he explained clearly how I could return the rug and what I need to do in the future to avoid this issue.Long story short, if it was not because of Josh, this review would have been a 0 star. Josh saved the day. Rashida should be fired and Josh needs to be promoted. He was great.

I like to first, thank Lupita for her great customer service and knowledge of all the products sold at Create & Barrel. In addition she is very patient with my client and always willing to help her. Lastly, Josh is not only customer service orientated, he is very knowledgeable with the products sold at Create & Barrel. My client and I are customers for life.

From the moment I walked in I knew my savings account was being put at risk i believe it all started with the smell of the store. It was like magic, as I walked through the doors, I remembered (more like I was slapped in the face) all the things I didn't know I needed. Not quite sure how it happened but this little adventure ended with me putting a breville espresso machine in "my cart" What a beautiful store...just be ready to buy the things you never knew you needed!!!
