Thank you to General Manager Kogee! I ordered a smoothie for myself and my partner, only to realize I didn't order what he wanted correctly When I called to modify the smoothie, the GM, Kogee, answered the phone and was happy to help. He even added extra strawberries to our smoothie! Thank you for your kindness, we can't wait to visit in the future and try out some other drinks and cold pressed juices.

Just stopped by the earthbar next to equinox and was greeted by a very welcoming employee, i believe his name was Dean. The staff there had a very nice and welcoming vibe that made my smoothie taste even better. I definitely recommend stopping by.

I just wanted to write this review because I just tried their blueberry bliss and it was the best thing ever. I would have it every single day. I've never had a protein smoothie so I was nervous it wouldn't be tasty but it really is!!!

I am furious with the general manager, maurine rounds, as she received an email cancelling my membership in April 2019. She does not cancel membership and continues to bill me about $250 monthly ( all club access) i ask for a refund and she finally cancels membership in October 2019. She claims the policy is that I need to send a "registered letter" to cancel. I never saw this when I signed up before this gym opened, over 15 years ago! In April 2019 I hand delivered a letter of cancellation. Maurine received the letter, as it is in the equinox computer records which I have been given by another equinox manager. I am sure that I will receive the refund through legal process, but it is sad that a gym that markets itself 5 star behaves in such a disgusting manner. Because of this experience which I will share with others, I would never join equinox again.

I've been to a lot of gyms and I will say that this one is the best. I will never step foot in an LA fitness or Spectrum. Equinox is by far better. It is clean and offers a lot of selection when it comes to classes and the members are dedicated.

I love this gym because of the cleanliness and the service. I can't stand when the don't clean the and sanitize the wood shower bench. I have asked multiple times to clean the mold growth off the back of the bench. Don't use the back right hand shower. You can see photo how bad it is . It's not fair that we pay big bucks and have to shower in the crap. Agree folks?

BEWARE OF THIEF among Equinox members or employees!! Make sure to have a lock on your lockers at all times or ask the front desk to borrow if you don't have one. Don't leave your items unattended ever because if anything gets stolen or lost Equinox will not take responsibility nor make a decent effort to help recover the items. Read another review about a theft in women's locker room at a similar time in this location so I don't think this is an isolated incident. On Monday June 3, 2019 I had my purse stolen from the women's locker room between 6:30am and 7:20am. I checked in to the gym at 6:30 am and went straight to the women's locker room. I placed my gym bag on the top compartment and my purse, phone, cardigan and shower caddy on the larger bottom compartment. I specifically placed my purse and phone underneath my cardigan out of sight and behind the white shower basket. In the locker room I noticed a regular gym member getting ready in the first standing vanity station when you enter the locker room. There were a few other ladies getting ready in the same area as I was prior to my workout. After class around 7:20am I noticed my purse was missing. My other items were left alone so I believe there was a member or guest or staff who saw me getting ready in the morning and stole my purse after I left the area. I immediately notified the front staff of the incident and filed a police report. I spoke to several members who said they or their close friends/family had their items stolen here and others still who mentioned the security was not up to par and they saw non-members in the club/locker room area. Someone could have easily snuck into the locker rooms and steal from unsuspecting members. The worst part is the management response to the whole situation. I spoke to the general manager Maureen Rounds who directed me to the regional manager Nathan Cook. He basically implied that there wasn't solid proof of my items being stolen so for all he knew I could potentially be lying. Also when I mentioned I didn't feel comfortable coming any longer and would like to cancel my membership he stated I came plenty of times after that, basically suggesting that statement didn't seem true. In reality I was feeling paranoid the whole time and I was actually coming in diligently in the hopes that I may be able to find the culprit or get some kind of clue. He mentioned he often leaves items in the locker without a lock and will accept if they were stolen so the same principle should apply to me. That is classic victim blaming at best, saying that I asked for it. I've seen plenty of lockers with other's belongings and always moved on to another locker, never thinking twice to steal someone's belongings. The fact that this gym member or staff who stole my items is still out there and not facing any repercussions bothers me the most!

This club is quite small and not as fancy as the other ones. And , you need to bring your lock - which it quite disturbing. Other then that I still enjoy the workout rooms and is coming here pretty often.

Overpriced smoothies. Inconvenient smoothie place, to get a smoothie! Super long wait. Cashier was rude I had the ingredients in my mind and she didn't want to make the smoothie after I payed right away. Ridiculous and overpriced smoothies. Plus they only sell 1 size, of a drink. Honestly I'd rather go all the way to LA for a smoothie. It's too much work. Perhaps, if you do go to the gym here in Woodland Hills then it could be okay but get ready for the long wait and attitude when ordering a smoothie, as well as it being over $10 when the other Earthbar In LA, provides with different sizes which is super convenient in my eyes! I won't be coming back here. Disappointed.

I travel back and forth from Palm beach to LA for work, wanted to find a gym and so glad we found equinox in Woodland Hills. Our advisor was the amazing Nita, convinced us that this is the gym for us and she was right! Gym is clean and doesn't smell. Lots of equipment, love the environment. Haven't tried any classes yet but I am enjoying personal training here too! My trainer rocks!! Massages are good here too. Juice bar is great, everyone is friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are clean, and one of the most amazing thing is the eucalyptus towels lol. Just love this gym!!

I moved back in to the area and once again joined Equinox Woodland Hills. It's a great gym and it's always very clean. Lots of televisions all over the place and the staff is always very friendly. If you are looking for a good Pilates trainer, check out Michelle. She is outstanding and has an great personality. I'm going to start working out with her once a week. If you are looking for a new gym, check them out.
