We bought a down jacket and two hats online. The two hats were supposed to be the same size but one is significantly smaller. The jacket was worn twice as inner layer and down feathers already start to fly out. There are 2 holes. One is on the surface the other is at the stitching.My husband brought the small hat and the jacket to this store to exchange. But he was told no return/exchange once it’s worn.On the receipt it states “EDDIE BAUER'SPRODUCT GUARANTEEOur products are built to last. If your Eddie Bauer product fails to perform as designed, bring it back and we will replace it.” This is a false claim.We are not happy with how this store responded, or the quality of their product.

The clothes looked great. They were out of the size of the item I wanted and told me they could order it but I wouldn't get it for 2 weeks. Didn't work for me.

Got here at 2:30pm and there's a sign on the window, "be back at 3pm". Then the 2 store associates open the door at which time I ask,"do you always close at 2:30?". She says,"we do when there's only 1 store manager". Zero customers, yeah, they'll be back at 3, right! And school traffic approaching, THANKS

Went this afternoon to return a puffer vest. The clerk was so not friendly. After reviewing the return receipt now not confident he did it correctly. I paid with my debit card; the receipt indicates a credit card refund. WTH?

THEY CAN NOT SHIP A ORDER WITH OUT MAKING A MESS OF IT WHEN CONTACTED THEY WILL NO RESPOND AND WHEN THEY DO ....IT IS VERY UNRESPONSIVE HAVE A DO NOT CARE ATTITUDE THEY DOULBE SHIPPED AND CHARGED TWICEI WOULD NOT AND HAVE NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY THIS HAVE GONE CORPORATE THEY HAVE GONE DOWN HILL..$$$$$$IS THE ON,Y THING THEY UNDER STAND

Is Eddie Bauer going out of business? My online orders are all mixed up, the online return function is kaput, and when I call, nobody is able to effectively rectify the problem. 100's of dollars down the drain!

Showed up several minutes before closing time on June 26, 2023 to return a couple poorly designed shirts and the female worker was very rude and refused to open the door despite NOT being closing time yet. A fellow employee attempted to help but she pulled him back. She then claimed the company automatically shut off her ability to use the cash register and open the doors. Closing time at this shop is at 7pm, which is just ridiculous... but it might as well say 6 since they don't wait to shut the doors in your face. Don't come here.

Service rep not friendly, lazy.Can't even explain material and benefits.Hardly have customer but fail to make ppl in store wanting to buy. Lol They close many location and you wonder why..Business will hurt if operating like this.Use all your gift cards or mayb BK 7 maybe Don't buy things over $100 as they don't have an easy return policy

Customer service was amazing, they're very attentive and give great advice. I believe it was Sarah and Tara who helped us and they were wonderful. The only reason I give 4 stars is because I did have to order some stuff online because I needed tall pants and it seemed like they only carry regular.

While my experience at other Eddie Bauer stores has always been very good, Rachel at the Woodland Hills store is rude, condescending and arrogant. I visited the store in hopes of exchanging a t-shirt that I had purchased at another store two days earlier. Unfortunately, the t-shirt had some discoloration and I simply wanted to exchange it for the exact same item. I presented the receipt and the item. Rachel treated me like a common criminal. I was not asking for money back, there was a stack of exactly the same shirt in my size, all I wanted was to exchange mine for one that didn't have discoloration. We are talking about an $18 item. After several lectures from her she issued me a store credit for the price of the t-shirt. I cannot understand her logic nor her Napoleonic attitude. I am 70 years old, very polite and find myself in total disbelief about Rachel's behavior. Needless to say I will never set foot in this store again
