I will never come back here again. Their copy machines are crap. None of my copies turned out right whether it was something being cut off or smudges. They offered to refund me, but they wanted to take the copies I had already made on my own paper. For what? Just to throw them away. How wasteful. Had they just giving me some credit and let me keep the copies I would not be posting this review and I would not be boycotting ever coming to this location again. Very poor service. Never had anything like that happen before.

Idk what everyone’s on about? Went in on a Sunday to ship a package and had trouble with the self service section. Based on these reviews asking for help apparently means the manager spits in your face and karate chops your package in half. But nope, the lovely Wendy was helping me in an instant and was very kind and professional! The people who give these perfectly decent customer service based stores also don’t tip their waiters and ask female colleagues to “smile more.” If you don’t have the general empathy to understand things may not be absolutely perfect in ever customer service setting you can FEDEX yourself out of this country.

I went into FedEx this morning with a last minute project. I am traveling later on today and needed it done as soon as possible. I know how busy they get and honestly I didn't expect it to be done as soon as at it. Andrew R. made it happen. Customer service was amazing and he definitely went above and beyond. They really do try to help you as much as I can. Thank you for making the experience a great one!

Went there today to print and fax some papers, and was helped by Sara. She was incredibly helpful and while helping me when there was any lull she continued wiping down machines, but staying close in case I had more questions. What a great place, so knowledgeable and so ready to help you with their knowledge

I have been dreading coming back to FedEx to print something out all day because of the bad customer service my business partner and I have both experienced here before and how long it would take to get the job done because of it. Today was different! Sara was in the middle of helping a customer as I walked in and she still greeted me. She then helped me with my print job and gave me useful tips on how to get the result I needed. Amazing customer service, she went above and beyond and even volunteered to help me cut it to size.Thank you so much Sara! You have made this experience a million times better than my previous ones, and I am so grateful.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that team member Andrew R. went above and beyond to do a "batch" print of some pdfs for something I needed to quickly get into FedEx Express. Andrew graciously obliged - most workers would not even try, but Andrew R. Even trained a co-worker how to do my transaction. This would have taken me hours. I had a little misunderstanding with some other customers (who thought I cut in line) but I had been in the store over two hours. I regret that I could have handled that differently but Andrew and Rachel were professional even under pressure. Many thanks!Laura E.

I came here the night before and received great customer service. The representative with grey curly hair was kind and assisted me in a quick manner. This morning when I went - for some reason I was skipped in the line to take the person who had just walked in the door. I stayed patient for 10 minutes till it was my turn. But then I'm directed to the automated printer. I needed my resume printed on resume paper - simple task but I was just pushed to the side. Ended up having to print my resume on regular paper and left. Crazy how the employee's customer service can be so different just one day after I was at the store.

There was a blind woman trying to hand off a return and label to a short Hispanic girl with her hair in a bun. The girl walked away to talk to her coworker for a while, then came back and insisted it had to be email through a certain way. The woman let her know that she couldn't see the girl was rude and said I can't help you and I can't touch your phone.I watch the woman struggle with this process , and no one would help and also works claiming like as if it was so annoying to be bothered. People are so incredibly rude it's astounding.

Worst customer service ever !The codes you get for you prints never work at this location I asked for help and this guy named “Andrew” has the worst attitude ever I talked to me in such a rude way , when I had requested a Manger after him talking to me in such a shameful way he continued with his bad attitude and didn’t let me speak to the manger I have been coming to this location for years and no more after this. They should not hire people like him to work at a place like this if he has no customer service or a nice attitude to talk with people ! I told my I will take the extra time to write this review since I don’t think any person deserves to receive this kind of bad attitude!And I think also it’s about time you fix your machines cause FedEx is all about saving people time not the other way around . It’s not ok charging people $10 hold if your machine doesn’t exact the codes you send them !!

Sara's assistance helped me finish my project. She was very patient, and knowledgeable! I was a little stressed, and her guidance made all the difference to me getting my project finished (and feeling much less stressed out)! :) The woman at the counter was also very friendly and helpful.

Anytime we need stuff printed for my partners graphic design homework this has been the place to go. Andrew has been great helping us multiple times over the past few months.
